Very friendly helpful service. We left a hat behind and Maria is very helpfully going to post it back to the UK for us. Location very good in Gubbio, quiet street off the main drag, pretty location by the bridge. Good value for money.

In the middle of Gubbio. Very clean and quiet. Room big enough for 2 persons, including some hanging space for clothes. Small personal bathroom. Good value for money.

Great value for money room in a nice part of town.

The room was really nice and in a good location - close to a cool square with some nice bars and restaurants. There was plenty of food for breakfast.

We had to wait around 5 minutes for the host to arrive and check us in. Otherwise, everything was great!

Autenticità e charme nel cuore di Gubbio

Ho soggiornato al Civico 10 di Gubbio, trovando una camera ampia e luminosa, con una vista incantevole che si apre sulla città antica e regala scorci caratteristici davvero suggestivi. La struttura è curata e accogliente, una struttura che rispecchia lo stile autentico delle case in pietra di Gubbio. La colazione viene servita al bar “Al Ponte”, dove ho potuto gustare delizie ottime in un ambiente cordiale e caratteristico, che permette di sentirsi immersi nella vita autentica delle vie della città. Un soggiorno piacevole e di grande charme, che consiglio a chi desidera vivere appieno l’anima storica di Gubbio.

Trattandosi di una tipica casa antica del centro di Gubbio, alcuni dettagli rispecchiano la struttura storica: le scale in legno possono risultare un po’ rumorose con il loro scricchiolio e non è presente l’aria condizionata ma ne ero consapevole, sostituita da un sistema alternativo di ventilazione. Sono aspetti comprensibili, legati al fascino e all’autenticità dell’edificio.

Zona tranquilla e molto vicina al centro. Lo consiglio.

Ambiente semplice e pulito, comodo il bollitore con alcune tisane disponibile in camera.

La nostra camera era al terzo piano, senza ascensore.

Struttura consigliata!

Struttura molto carina, comodissima per raggiungere a piedi i luoghi più belli di Gubbio. Disponibilità di un frigorifero comune, di una macchinetta per caffè con cialde e di un bollitore con tè e infusi da utilizzare a qualsiasi ora. Letto molto comodo. Colazione standard (una bevanda calda o fredda e una brioches/panino) presso il bar in fondo alla via.

Abbiamo lasciato l'auto al parcheggio ex Seminario come indicatoci dalla proprietaria, ma di martedì c'è mercato ed abbiamo rimediato una multa. Gentilissima comunque la sig.ra Maria Teresa che ci ha rimborsato metà dell'importo.

Stanza pulita e buona comunicazione con l'host

Disposizione delle stanze su più livelli. Scale strette e scomode. Zona giorno in comune con altre due stanze. Piano cottura non presente. Bagno imbarazzante con soffione doccia inutilizzabile, sedile wc instabile e box doccia che non chiude. Poltrona probabilmente recuperata in discarica. Impianto elettrico mancante di prese per la ricarica dei device.

Posto tranquillo e staff cordiale. Sono tre camere, una su ogni piano.. a noi è capitata quella all'ultimo ed anche se il tempo non era dei migliori era ben isolata. Ottima colazione presso il bar "Al Ponte". A disposizione anche una piccola cucina al piano terra

Trekking tra storia, spiritualità e natura

Posizione strategica vicino al centro. Ottima per chi ama trekking, passeggiate tra sentieri e passaggi immersi nella natura e paesini medievali. Ottima la colazione presso il bar "Il Ponte" con cappuccino e brioches oppure con altra bevanda e 1 pasta. Camera spaziosa con finestra con vista sul fiume e il bosco. Molto silenziosa.

Camera al terzo piano senza ascensore raggiungibile solo con scala di piccola dimensione (dato anche l'edificio storico) con relativa difficoltà nella salita con il bagaglio. Bagno piccolo utilizzabile come doccia alla quale si accede però scavalcando il bordo vasca e quindi con il rischio di cadute. Non consigliabile per persone con ridotta mobilità. La camera ci è stata assegnata come ultima scelta visto che i precedenti clienti avevano scelto una camera con doccia (seppur piccola) e ad un piano più comodo. Tenuto conto che ci siamo fermati per 4 notti avremmo gradito un'attenzione verso il cliente più attenta. Colazione compresa, se richiesta, non all'interno della struttura ma presso il bar indicato. La colazione consiste in una bevanda e una pasta. Peccato...per la camera!

la chambre est agréable et confortable, décorée avec gout. Elle est idéalement située proche du centre mais légèrement à l'écart, donc très calme. La propriétaire est agréable et nous a fait un bon accueil. Le petit déjeuner dans un bistrot à coté de la chambre est très bien de plus c'est assez sympa de se retrouver dans une l'ambiance conviviale avec les gens du coin.

Ottima posizione, al centro di Gubbio e lungo il percorso della Spartan Race a cui abbiamo partecipato in qualità di atleti. La titolare cordialissima, discreta e molto efficiente. Ha accolto le nostre richieste tempestivamente. La stanza ampia, ben arredata, molto confortevole e ben riscaldata. Siamo stati benissimo 😃!!

Il bagno, senza finestra. Nonostante un efficiente sistema di aereazione, in alcune circostanze, si creano delle difficoltà superabili aprendo la finestra della camera.
