Very comfortable stay, kind staff!

We didn't have the breakfast. We were in walking distance to many other options, but during our stay we walked to the dog park by the amphitheater and had a light breakfast there each day.

We were really happy with our stay and really have no complaints.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

One reason I chose this hotel was because of the free parking. It turned out that all of the free spaces were taken, so I had to pay €10 per day. The only draperies in the room were blackout curtains that required me to use the lights and made the room feel very closed in. Opening them was difficult as they did not slide easily, and then I felt completely exposed to people walking by who might casually glance over my direction. Some semi sheer drapes in addition to the blackout curtain would be a good and not very expensive upgrade.

Great location and hosts

Perfect location, walking distance to Gubbio centro storico, kind staff, comfortable, clean, free parking on site… Were there only for a pit-stop traveling south but exceeded our expectation by all means

A good place at a realistic price.

Perfect location, good breakfasts, friendly staff.

That object, which for some unknown reason has been called a "fridge", is simply not fit for refrigeration and unworthy of such a high quality hotel. There is some sort of fan on the back of the box, which is funny in itself, but it also blows cold air outwards. The water I put in at night was warmer in the morning than when I put it in. It needs to be replaced urgently.

The position just inside the centre. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

There was no outside seating area and the breakfast room had little natural light. The church bells ringing ALL night not conducive to a good night's sleep!

the room opened directly onto the main stairs and was so noisy - it sounded as though people were in our room! the air conditioner had no remote and we had to stand on a chair to attempt to set it - there was no front desk after 8 pm so no possibility to ask to be moved

Nice stay. Simple and functional.

Service at reception and breakfast was very kind and helpful. Room was small, but functional. Rich breakfast with a selection of home made cakes. WIFI works well. I could place my bicycle in a safe storage.

Poor sound insulation. The hotel is located just the the gate of the old city. Convenient location, but it faces a street that can be noisy.

The location is very good. The staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was good and well presented.

The bed was very small and only one pillow was provided. The night table had no lamp. The shower was extremely small. The hairdryer didn't seem to work or at least how could not figure it out. The skylight (which is no problem in itself for me) had no shade.

Superb

Hotel is located just in front of old city centre and can be reached in one minute. Parking is available for free in a couple of spots. Hotel staff is very kind and supportive. Breakfast included has wide variety and is very tastefull. The city is beatiful and hotel is in perfect location. ATM machine is in the next building.

Some might not like noise from the street or music from nearby bar. For us it was not an issue. Wi-fi is only available in the lobby.
