Medieval rooms that fit the location, nice bathroom, wonderful owner who ensured I had all I needed.

The location, historical building very well renewed. The room was comfortable and clean.

There was no airco. The machine was there, but the command was removed. It was impossible to sleep with window open due to noise in the street. The BREAKFAST! Even if the owner states that is normal standard for a bed and breakfast in Italy, this is not what we have experienced. We have been one week in the region, sleeping every day in a different B&B, in all of them we got offered very complete breakfast (not savoury, but I believe it is typical in Italy) We have stayed there 2 nights, one at the beginning or our week holidays and one at the end. The only thing provided for breakfast is a piece of cake and coffee/tea. There is no milk. We asked specifically for it to the owner, but we didn't get it. There is only one bottle of water left there for the 3 rooms. If you arrive late, you don't even have water to prepare your tea or coffee, unless you take it from your bathroom. You are asked to wash yourself your own cups and bring them back. The result is that when you arrive for breakfast you might not have cups left. which happened to us on the second stay. So, no, compared with all other B&B where we stayed, there was no breakfast served.

Room size was small, purgoratory, for a large person, try other rooms in same property
