Great location just within the walls and a comfortable room

Great location just inside the walls. We parked in the free car park just outside and it wasn't far to wheel our bags once the owner had told us that the residenza is just by the Roman gate. Owner was very friendly and likewise her friend who translated for her. She doesn't stay on site but is contactable. We were put in a suite, each part of it small but together affording plenty of space. We turned on the mood lighting which gave it a pleasant ambience. Bathroom was modern and well equipped and everything was very clean. The restaurant underneath was excellent so we felt very lucky to be staying on that spot. No noise from it or anywhere else so we had a great night's sleep.

There is no breakfast available on site, except a tart in a packet each and a coffee/machine to keep you going till you find something more substantial. We found a nice cafe, though more by luck than judgement as few places were open. Some information on where to try would be helpful.

Simple room in a great location with bonus of free parking just outside the city walls.

Location excellent. Host friendly and helpful, aided by her daughter who spoke English. DIY Breakfast not that appealing but cafe nearby. Lovely view from the window and sound of church bells.

A few more hooks/surfaces in the bathroom. Shower was good though

coffee machine seemed to be leaking Toilet wouldn’t stop flushing Only one tart in the basket for two people - some information about where to find a baker or cafe and what time it opened would be good.

Great spot in Gubbio

Nice room and bathroom, as pictured. Clean. Very kind host. Free parking nearby in two lots. First was full but the second was not too far away. Great location right near cable car up to the church on the hill and just on edge of city center. Had a great dinner at Il Picchio Verde, highly recommend! Great food and ambience! We walked all over, farthest was the Teatro Romano and that was only a 15 min easy walk. Great place for the price!

Quiet, clean, comfortable rooms on the edge of the town, very helpful location if you have a car. Excellent value. No more than 10 mins walk to sites.

It is clean, in a nice location, the staff is very nice too. The size of the room was ok for one person.

The restaurant downstair was extremely noisy until after midnight (people singing, playing guitar and talking very loud), but I guess it was just a bad coincidence

Struttura accogliente e suggestiva immersa in un contesto medievale, ben curata, pulita. Ottima posizione in centro. Pochi minuti a piedi dal parcheggio gratuito fuori le mura del centro storico. Proprietaria molto gentile, si è resa da subito disponibile nell’accogliere eventuali richieste e necessità.

Purtroppo materasso e cuscini poco confortevoli, durante l’utilizzo il phon si spengeva più volte.
