Spacious and each room had bathroom but needs to be clean/fresh and updated.

Rooms were big and close to the Colosseum so could walk to it. Had to take Uber Black to get rides into town vs taxi's Secure unit with main gate to get into courtyard and then key to get into building and then to unit.

First time writing negative review, but the apartment is in need of major cleaning of the bathrooms... poor and unsanitary condition, with mold, grime, and calcification on shower walls. No toiletries provided per picture. ie body wash. One shower had hair still on top of drain, gross! The apartment did not correspond to the photos or the description in the listing. No round table, but rectangle with a plastic tablecloth, no plates or utensils and the moka pot coffee machine not clean. Water got cold quickly for showering. Not enough towels, no hand towels in the bathrooms. Bath towels were not washed first but directly from store as still folded and smelled like chemicals. $12 charge. No Iron to go with ironing board. Need to be updated like the 2 other properties in the building and walls and baseboards cleaned. Door keys are tricky to work so need to be careful opening door with key so doesn't get stuck. On main street to hospital so be prepared for ambulances going by all the time or traffic.

Lots of space for the family, rooms were big and beds were comfortable, showers worked well and the entire apartment is air conditioned

Needs to be modernised a bit in the living area, kitchen cupboard where the walking machine is was not fitted correctly, neither was the fridge cupboard so looked untidy. Place was not cleaned well dust on top of the extractor and just about everything above eye height. Place would benefit by having some card games etc for evening entertainment Not much around to do super market down the road was the saviour. 15/20 minute walk to the Colosseum was fine.

The apartment needs refreshing. The showers are calcified and look dirty. In one of the bathrooms you can't use the shower, the water pressure is very low. Every night the neighbors organize parties with very loud music. The apartment is stuffy, at night you can't open the window because of the noise coming from the street. The apartment is located directly on a busy street.

The key collection information was not sent prior to arrival leading me to expect someone to meet me. I had to call the owner and chase the information. The unit had three bathrooms but the hot water was only working in one of them. The owner was informed but not really interested. We devised a work around but never got hot water to the main bathroom. You expect better when paying over 300 euros a night.

Very clean and nice set up. Close to the Colosseum and restaurants with about a 15 minute walk. The owner was very responsive, accommodating and helpful.

We were a family of 4 so could have used more towels and toilet paper. We weren’t out and got our own.

Close to Colloseum

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It easily fit our family of 6. It was equipped with real air conditioning if you are staying during the hottest months. It was also within walking distance to the Colosseum.

Although it's very close to the Colloseum, it was far away from the other main attractions. Finding a taxi was difficult when we wanted to return.

Huge apartment, spacious rooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, spotlessly clean, big dining table to accommodate a family of 5, good location, very near the Colosseum, plenty of free parking around (white lines on the curb means free parking).

Keys were a bit difficult to figure out as you had to unlock a box outside of the apartment, wasn't too clear where to find the right box, which of the boxes outside of the house was the right one, plus it didn't open easily. Once we figured out how that bit, everything was great.

Cozy apartment away from center

The location was good with a resturant and bus stop just downstairs. There was also a supermarket nearby. The coliseum was a 20 minute walk away.

I was here for a month with a friend . Very beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable. Great location, easy to reach everywhere in Rome. The host was great too, she was kind and helped us when we wanted. I will definitely recommend this place . The house has 3 bedrooms with 3bathroom. Clean and spacious apartment. 3 good sized bedrooms, with bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Good AC. Good location, the bus stop just in front of the building. Close to the Colosseum, the Baths of Caracalla, the Basilica of St. John Lateran.

The kitchen equipment is incomplete, eg 2 teaspoons for 5 or more people ... these should be replaced.

Estado lamentable y gestión inexistente

Mal empezó la cosa cuando nadie vino a hacer el “check-in” ni a recibirnos (avisamos el día anterior que llegábamos sobre las 14:00 horas). Fue una odisea encontrar alguna indicación sobre la ubicación del apartamento dentro del edificio en el que se ubica, pero aún peor resultó intentar localizar el cajetín con la llave siguiendo las confusas instrucciones que nos dieron por teléfono (menos mal que un señor italiano nos ayudó, dado que no nos habían remitido instrucciones de como localizar y acceder al apartamento). El apartamento está en un estado lamentable: paredes sucias, duchas que lanzan el agua hacia el techo en lugar de hacia abajo (como es de esperar), un dormitorio sin luz (lo comunicamos el primer día y nadie vino a solucionarlo), tapicerías sucias, sillas y tapa del WC rotas. Las llamadas “camas supletorias” son en realidad “puff” estirados, como puede verse en las fotos; pretender que adultos duerman ahí es un atrevimiento. No hay menaje suficiente para las nueve personas que supuestamente pueden alojarse, es un popurrí de restos sucios. Por tamaño, el apartamento sería adecuado como máximo para seis adultos. Y aunque el anuncio lo indica, sorprende que un apartamento por el que se pagan más de 2.000 € por cuatro noches (incluidas tasas) no disponga de wifi, especialmente tratándose de una capital como Roma y de los tiempos que corren.
