Giardini del Re

Easy to get to from Rome train station. Our host was accessible and very helpful. They had provided great information about the area - where cafes, the metro etc were via a booklet. We were in a small group of 3 apartments which were secure by codes and key pass. Our room had space, a small kitchen with cooking utensils and crockery with some cleaning materials and small table & chairs. We had hanging space for our clothes & a place to put our suitcases. A good size bathroom. Everything was clean. We had access to a washing machine - fantastic!

The street entrance door was difficult to get in and out of. The neighbourhood didn't feel particularly safe at night. Some of the side streets coming away from the main station were feral. We experienced quite a few mosquitoes in the main entrance to the building and around the lift area but not in our room.

This place is HUGE! Beds are incredibly comfortable and location couldn’t be better. Has massive vaulted ceilings, kitchen, two AC units and even laundry. 18 minute walk to Colesseum, 5 minutes to the train station and the metro is literally right out the front door. Host was incredibly kind and sweet as well.

Everything was perfect.

The property was clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious. I was also in an excellent location that made sightseeing around Rome so easy.

Everything, it’s located just right next to the underground, it’s air conditioned, the bed is nice, there is a washing machine - what else to ask for during a stay?
