Отличная коммуникация, качественный Интернет. Наличие супермаркетов и Макдональдса в пешей доступности.
Несмотря на наличие стиральной машины и посудомойки пришлось покупать расходные материалы самостоятельно, при бронировании на 1-2 дня это либо лишние расходы,либо отсутствие указанных услуг.

Location is pretty nice and quiet, bed was nice and big, kitchen is nice if we ignore the fridge, nice big mirror in the ante room, really affordable
Only two towels, fridge was suspicious, everything a bit rough on the edges, could not find the hairdryer, unlocking the main door takes much effort

Cheap. There is a fully functioning kitchen with basic cutlery and cooking equipment, there is a washing machine.
No air conditioning, so it got very hot. The beds were uncomfortable, and the extra bed was too short. Lacks proper bedsheets. The decor was in my opinion unsettling. Lacks basic necessities. The toilet was leaking a bit.
