    Itsvhigh standards Hotel , spacious space. Very clean, good location ideal for family with kids, buffet breakfast with lot of options to choose, I really enjoyed stayed in this hotel.

    This was by far one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The staff were consistently rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, and we never felt genuinely welcomed or respected. We also experienced what felt like discriminatory treatment toward Arab and Muslim guests. One incident at reception was particularly upsetting. I was waiting in line to ask for assistance, and when it was finally my turn, the receptionist completely passed over me and called another guest who was not even waiting in line. When I pointed this out, she simply said that she would “finish with her quickly.” I explained that I had been waiting and that this was highly unprofessional, but there was no meaningful acknowledgment of the situation. The condition of the room was another major disappointment. It was terribly dirty, and the shower head kept falling down. Even worse, the water temperature constantly changed between scalding hot and extremely cold, making it almost impossible to shower safely and comfortably. We were staying for four nights and repeatedly asked for the problem to be fixed, but we were simply told that “this is how it is” and that nothing could be done. For a hotel of this standard, this level of service and room maintenance is completely unacceptable. The combination of poor cleanliness, faulty facilities, rude service, and what we perceived as discriminatory treatment made the entire stay extremely unpleasant. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

    Beautiful and comfortable room. Great facilities. Love the rooftop pool and bar. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Walkable to town.
