    We took a travel break on our way from Split to Budapest by train and enjoyed this hotel. Our renovated room was squeaky clean and included everything we needed. Unfortunately it faced the train station, so it was quite noisy and the street lights shone through the drapes. Our shower stall doors didn’t seal properly, so we ended up with puddles on the bathroom floor. We enjoyed the large and delicious breakfast buffet a lot though. Overall we recommend this hotel for the solid value and its unbeatable location.

    I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Zagreb. It is across the central station, accessible to several tram lines and shops underpass. It is very suitable for families and business travellers who want to stay in Zagreb and also cross the border to Slovenia. Our room was clean and the housekeeping staff made sure that we got everything that we need. The hotel serves complimentary breakfast which I look forward everyday. They have good selection of cold cuts, some fruits, bread and pastries. They also serve waffles and pancakes. The staff especially the reception, breakfast crew and housekeeping are very professional and polite.

    the location is perfect, close to the center - the ban jelacic square. can walk anywhere. the staff is friendly. the room is clean.

    The hotel was dated. Facilities were poor. No kettle and tea-making facilities; no facial tissues; nothing! Only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and toilet paper were provided.
