    I stayed here on my way back home but must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the accommodation. But most of all, even though I stayed alone, as a new time father, I was super happy to see that at the breakfast restaurant they offered baby food. Haven’t seen it before on other hotels I stayed.

    We had limited choices as to where to stay in Zagreb as we had a hire car and wanted free parking so we chose here. Not the best experience we've ever had. Some of the staff were really nice but unfortunately others weren't. After waiting about 15 minutes for service at the bar and having asked the reception staff for help the bar tender/waitress shouted at us from about 20 metres away to tell us she was busy. We then gave up but while we were waiting for the lift she called over to us telling us she was on her own. Sorry but that's not our problem. The rooms are small but it's close to the city centre of a capital city so that's pretty normal. Unlike other people, our room wasn't tiny. The mini bar is one of the most expensive I've seen in this part of the world but fortunately the bartender wasn't around to get us ice so we skipped that and saved ourselves a lot of euros.
