Room size and location

Air con did not cool

The staff was very helpful and pleasant and the location is excellent! Very central and close to most attractions in the city. There is also a tram stop just outside the hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern. Very good breakfast! Highly recommended hotel. The room with a kitchenette is bright and comfortable.

The breakfast is very good but it's not a buffet. So if you are in a hurry it's impossible to eat breakfast and leave as it takes 35-40 minutes to get the 3 dishes of the breakfast. Also the portions are quite small compared to a buffer option. There is no elevator which may be difficult if you have big luggages or a baby stroller. The first room we stayed had a very bad mattress. It was in very poor condition extremely worn out and had a noticeable hump in the centre making it uncomfortable to sleep on. We then changed room for an unrelated reason (went to one with a kitchenette) and it the mattress was very good and comfortable.

Adel, the manager was extremely helpful, friendly and so was the whole of his staff. The breakfast was the best we had in Zagreb...by far.

Really small things. Shower door not closing, toilet roll holder loose. Did not affect our stay.

The location was very convenient, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was wonderful

The bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable and the air conditioning was leaking on the floor all night, we had to put towels down, and the shower was so incredibly small and the shower curtain broken.
