Great location, very quiet room and very friendly and helpful host. Should we come back to Zagreb (which is highly possible), we will be back!
We arrived in the morning by the night bus and left late afternoon to take the night train, which means that due to check-in and check-out hours, I had to book 2 nights. However, considering that it is high season, I totally understand that my situation was peculiar, and that it would not have been possible just to reserve the room for the day.

Reception was lovely, showed us everything we needed to know. Everything was clean and fresh. We were in walking distance from everything and we regret not spending more time in Zagreb.

Very close to main railway station and also good for the town centre and parks. The bed was comfortable and clean bedding. Also good to have access to a communal washer and separate dryer (didn’t get clothes totally dry but then easy to air). Nice and quiet too.
There was a distinct smell of damp in property and evidence in walls. It was also quite dark as was more basement like but did have windows in the room and air con good. The standard of the room and en-suite (needed new toilet seat, electric wall sockets a bit loose) to some extent reflected the price point paid. I probably wouldn’t stay again.
