Home Away From Home - Apartment Ilica

The apartment looks very nice on the inside, as it was recently renovated and looked really beautiful and a modern bathroom. The bed was soft and comfortable, even though it was actually two single beds joined together. It was very easy to find the property thanks to the clear instructions provided. The location is also fantastic and convenient.

The apartment is located in an old building complex, which does not look as good as the interior. Although the instructions to find the property were clear, it was a bit difficult to figure out which exact room was ours inside the complex since it was the last one on the left. Additionally, the parking space mentioned in front of the apartment was not available when we arrived, so we had to park our rental car somewhere else, still in the interior yard.

Great location, close to restaurants, a market, and shops—everything within walking distance. Parking in the courtyard.

There was some construction going on nearby, but it was quiet that evening. Considering we weren't staying in the room, it didn't bother us.

The property is easy to find if you use google maps. The parking is free and it is a very short walk from the city centre.

The outside looks a bit down, but the inside is very modern and updated.

Location

Host wasn’t very responsive. Wifi didn’t work. Toilet paper ran out and there were no instructions as to where we could find it before we asked. Not great if I’m being honest. The lock also had issues. Wasn’t intuitive to use. Host should state in instruction manual on how to open door. Location was central but didn’t feel safe at night. Won’t recommend for all female groups.
