Tout est super! Accessibilité au top!

Les touts petits points d’améliorations seraient de recevoir le code wifi en arrivant et l’installation d’un mini frigo. Sinon tout est vraiment super!

Tatjana was very helpful, when I forgot some of my belongings in the room and organized a speedy transport to the airport. Thanks, Tatjana!

I loved the size of the baathroom, how clean it was, comfortable soft bed.

Location.

Although it was stated that smoking was prohibited everywhere, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. At 1:00 AM, some people showed up at our door and tried to enter; I assume they had mistaken the room or lost their way, but they didn't leave until I went to the door and told them to go away. In my opinion, this all stems from a lack of oversight and security. The room smelled of cigarette smoke—it seems those who abused the rules got away with it. Furthermore, the system of entering via a code—which avoids any interaction with reception—is concerning; at the very least, having someone present to monitor who comes and goes would ensure that guests are heading to the correct floor. The complete absence of security in the building made for an unsettling experience.
