Denifitely worth to stay if you visit Königssee or Bad Reichenhall

An excellent location for exploring the local area.

Joseph was super helpful. The pizzas he recommended and that were delivered were very tasty. It was possible to get refreshments on site which was much appreciated after a long drive. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty- especially the scrambled eggs with bacon.

waiting to get back in summer

Excellent location, yummy breakfast, great views. but most importantly a very friendly and wonderful host. the 200 yr old property felt like home. we felt so welcome and had a great time. due to bad weather, we had to spend a lot of time in the property but the facilities were so good that we didn’t mind at all. the foosball table, many board games kept the kids occupied and entertained

Visited and went swimming in the Königsee, had great meals in villages near the hotel.

Everything. Friendly and helpful hosts, easy-going, very comfortable and well equipped room with spacious shower and bathroom. Tasty breakfast with a good choice of breads, cold meat, cheeses, cereals, muesli, fruit salad, cakes, spreads, coffee, juice etc

Nothing to fault, decided to stay an extra night after seeing the accommodation and meeting the host.

Cozy and great location

This is a warm, family run business in a great location. Although there was staff shortage, all needs were fulfilled, rooms were clean l, breakfast sufficient. Special thanks to the senior owner of the business, his dedication and efforts are outstanding and we always met open ears with him. Rooms are small but very practical and cozy, we will come again!

Its the best place that I had stayed in Germany. The owner is the only guy who carried our luggage into our room. And he offered frozen machine to keep our foods inside. Breakfast was enough to enjoy. First of all, it is covered within beautiful mountain range .

It's like museum, has lots of old funiture and history on display in the building. Quietness. The staffs are very helpful. The breakfast was good.
