Быстрое заселение, комфуртные коммуникации с хозяином. Квартира просторная и чистая. Хороший вид с балкона.
Квартира с очень уставшим ремонтом. Старая мебель, сантехника. Стулья на кухне очень неудобные, ноги упираются в стол. Кухня не пригодна для приготовления пищи, т.к. посуды очень мало, чайных ложек не хватает на семью из 4 человек.
