We offer you a gorgeous fully renovated vintage style apartment in a historic building in the very centre of Rijeka across the National Theatre. In our apartment you’re in the epicenter of the city life and a few footsteps away from “Korzo”- the main square of Rijeka, and the Rijeka breakwater - an attractive promenade 1750 m long. Our apartment is a brand new two bedroom, one bathroom stylish and cozy apartment in few meters away from all the best restaurants, caffes, pubs and bars that this city can offer. This beautiful place is having a direct and open view to the Croatian National Theatre and it's lovely park, the apartment is on the 4th floor, you will have to climb steps. Quite often you can enjoy performances and events that take place in front of the Theatre itself from your window. You will overlook the city main market, fish market and always feel the vibe of this pitoresce city. We take a lot of pride in this apartment as the entire interior design and most of the work was done by ourselves. For that reason the apartment is furnished with brand new, high quality designer furniture for your maximal pleasure and comfort.

This is a very nice 2 BD/1 BA apartment in central Rijeka, within easy walking distance to the bus station and Korzo. The owner is very nice and responsive to requests for information. The unit itself is newly renovated, very clean and cozy. It also has great views of the theater square and the harbor. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and the city market and grocery stores are 1 block away.
The only downside is that it's on the 4th floor with no lift - so people with mobility issues should not stay here.

Wir haben die eineinhalb Wochen in Rijeka sehr genossen. Das Appartment liegt direkt zwischen Altstadt und Hafen, so dass man zu beidem in weniger als 5 Minuten Fußweg unterwegs ist. Außerdem ist der große Markt direkt vor dem Haus, was zum Bummeln und natürlich auch Einkauf der regionalen Produkte eingeladen hat. Dadurch, dass das Appartment in der 4. Etage liegt, hatten wir einen sehr schönen Ausblick über die Oper, die Stadt und den Hafen. Das regelmäßige Treppensteigen war anfangs anstrengend aber mit der Zeit haben wir uns daran gewöhnt. So hatten wir jeden Tag mindestens einesportliche Einlage. Unserem Sohn (10 Jahre) hat es besonders gefallen, dass regelmäßig Containerzüge langsam durch die Stadt von einem Hafenbereich zu einem anderen gefahren sind und er die Züge sehr gut von oben beobachten konnte. Die Wohnung hat eine Klimaanlage, so dass wir die Fenster geschlossen halten konnten, was den Lärm von der Straße und der Stadt abgeschirmt hat. Das Appartment selbst war sehr sauber, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Nähe zum Hafen und zur Altstadt hat es uns ermöglicht fast jeden Abend zu Fuß ein anderes Restaurant zu besuchen. Alles in allem war das ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Appartment empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter.

The apartment was nice. Had some issues, but was resolved quickly. Not sure if apartments should be rented to someone over 60 years old. Five floor walk up. AC needs to be upgraded to larger size. Was not adequate for size of apartment.
