Well decorated, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, good AC unit. Entrance with the key codes is very practical so no need to share a key. Location is good to access different city points, and 10min drive to nearby beahces. Host is responsive and accomodating. Good window blinds ensure completely dark room for sleep. Quiet and calm building.
Light sleepers will need ear plugs due to the sound of traffic from outside, even though the windows block a lot of it. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, but missing some key things if you want to prepare something for yourself (no veggie peeler, no small pot, no pan. No spices is understandable, but there is also not even any "basics" like salt, pepper or oil).

Ideal located next to city center - restaurants, shopping, bars, harbor (not swimming area) Equipment seems fairly new and all you need is available. Shower is very spacey. Good place to stay in center on very reasonable price
Just water pressure for shower was not enough while 3 people (diff. apartments) had a shower same time, but it‘s not critical.

close to the center and modern style
heating worked on very low level, so in sleeping room was cold. bath room is very small. with closed window you take part with the night life - so sleeping was interrupted
