Everything was approximately perfect for our needs. The beds were quite comfortable — even the two sofa beds, which I already knew about in advance, so they were exactly what I expected.
the place itself was clean, welcoming, and well maintained.
Our very first impression was a bit worrying: the entrance and staircase of the building were in poor condition and had a noticeable smell (of urine). Luckily, as soon as we entered the apartment, we completely changed our minds.
If I had to mention a couple of minor downsides inside the apartment, the bathroom tended to flood a bit while showering. I would suggest installing a longer shower curtain or maybe a glass door. It’s just a small recommendation, nothing seriously negative.

Close to the citycenter, free parking, flexible host ☺️
The host could have taken better care of the cleanliness and equipment of the bathroom and kitchen. it would be worthwhile to stick a warning sign because of the thresholds. perfect for one night, I do not recommend it for a longer stay!

Posizione eccellente e fantastico il parcheggio incluso a soli due minuti a piedi dall'appartamento.
Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile e gentile.
L'appartamento è molto carino ed accogliente a primo impatto, ampio e luminoso, e piuttosto silenzioso nonostante la posizione molto centrale e strade trafficate intorno.
Purtroppo l'appartamento era poco pulito e manca di attrezzatura. Pochissime stoviglie che rendono impossibile cucinare e mangiare nell'appartamento, mancanza di armadi o appendiabiti o sostegni per gli asciugamani.
