Appartamento molto centrale, comodo per ristoranti, pub e negozi di vario genere, non solo alimentari; piccolo ma carino, host molto disponibile e gentile. Attenzione però: è al secondo piano senza ascensore e si entra dal ballatoio. Le scale sono larghe ma potrebbe essere un po’ difficile da raggiungere per chi ha problemi di deambulazione.
Esterno del palazzo stile neoclassico e ben ristrutturato, diversamente dall’androne interno e dal cortile: sporchi, fatiscenti e poco illuminati. Peccato perché potrebbe essere davvero molto elegante se ristrutturato come l’esterno.

Bello il posto, simpaticissimo il gestore Jasmin, che è molto disponibile. E' praticamente al centro di Fiume, Ottima la posizione, facile il parcheggio 8 euro al giorno.
Poco illuminato il percorso per arrivare alla camera, che è attraverso un condominio, ma fattibile. Uscendo dal condominio si è subito al centro di Fiume.
