I've stayed in this flat before and I really like it. It's spacious, the decor is pleasant, the location is great and it's just generally comfortable. It is a restful and nice space to be in.
On this stay, there were some oddities in the kitchen -- I had to let the water out of the sink very slowly to prevent leaking, and ants occassionally appeared on the floor. The dishes and tools might also need a restock -- there was only one knife -- a very large chef's knife -- no frying pan and no larger mugs, just espresso cups.

C’erano le formiche sul piano della cucina, non c’erano luci per leggere di fianco al letto, non c’è la finestra in bagno e i tre piani a piedi possono creare problemi.

Stanza e bagno moderni e ben tenuti. Posizione perfetta al centro della città.
Androne e scale del palazzo fatiscenti, con tettoia di amianto in parte rotta. Nella presentazione di Booking non era riportato che bisognava fare 3 piani di scale a piedi senza ascensore. Non è stato semplice trovare il pulsante per accendere la luce delle scale.
