The flat is modernly renovated, in the city center, very clean and has everything that you can need.
The entrance of the building is not sanitary. There are waste bins and toilets nearby, smells badly. Nearby parking is available but expensive. Better to use a mobile app (Bmove) for parking payment.But flat owner has nothing to do about the situation of the street.

I was not aware of The stairs leading up to the front of the property as the photo only showed the door at ground level.
