Very modern and comfortable with a separate bed, kitchen etc. We liked the owner when we interacted with him, very flexible and understanding.

The apartment is located on the third or fourth floor that made it difficult for my friend to climb. We discussed this with the owner and solved the issue. Also, it is not easy to quickly park your car to unload.

Sve je bilo odlično, osobno smo imali problem sa našoj navigacijom , ali odmah se javio gospodin vlasnik te nas je točno doveo do apartmana, objasnio gdje treba parkirati i kako ući u apartman. Apartman je nov, i izgleda lijepo kako je i prikazan na slikama. Sve uredno i čisto, bez buke sa prekrasnim pogledom na more. Jako smo bili zadovoljni jedino nam je bilo žao što je odmor ovdje trajao samo jedan dan.

It is located in a nice, old, quiet villa dating back to 1902. It is close to the city centre and within walking distance, although bear in mind that Rijeka is hilly with lots of stairs. The upper-floor location provides a nice sea view from the window. The bathroom was big. The kitchen was well-equipped for a couple. Affordable parking just in the street.

If you have mobility issues, bear in mind that there are stairs to the third floor and no lift. The host only accepts cash, even though Booking.com indicates that the reservation was made using your card. We cleaned the floor right after we arrived because it didn't seem perfectly clean. There isn't much space in the living room: Four chairs with the table in its default position almost block the entrance to the bedroom and the rest of the living room. The apartment has a few small details that are a bit disturbing: scratched walls, an exit sign in the kitchen that produces a strong light and can't be turned off, a hair dryer that's almost broken and a strange noise as if someone is dropping heavy things on the floor while using the water. There are no bins for waste separation. The thing we missed the most was the complete lack of hangers: there was literally no space to hang your towel in the bathroom. There's a washing machine, but there's no rack to dry your clothes or swimwear, so you can't use it. We also missed external window blinds – they could prevent the summer heat and reduce the need for air conditioning overusage. We didn't receive the PIN for the key lockbox for self-check-in. However, the host provided us with the PIN during a call upon our arrival.
