Upper Premium Apartments

The apartment is small but clean, modern, and very functionally designed. It has everything needed for a comfortable short stay: ample luggage storage, a spacious bathroom, a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and an efficient air-conditioning unit. Despite being located right in the heart of Rijeka, it is remarkably quiet, with no street noise, which is undoubtedly its greatest advantage. Everything is within easy walking distance, including the port, shops, cafés, restaurants, and the city's bus stops. Parking is not immediately adjacent to the apartment, but it is always available.

One important detail that was not mentioned in the listing is that the apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. While I fully understand the challenges associated with homelessness, greater attention should be paid to the cleanliness and maintenance of the building's common areas and hallways.

Alles was super voor elkaar!

- Foyer und der Weg zur Wohnung waren total gruselig und hat gestunken - nicht gut isoliert, da man von außen alles gehört hat

Breakfast??? what Breakfast there was a coffee machine with 4 pods that exploded as they where so old once I tried to use one by one There was nothing else. The only thing that is good is the location

We arrived and our phone battery was very low to be able to take a photo of our passports and send it off to them. I did manage but the communication with the person on the other end was very upsetting. Also Level 3 taking the suitcases up and down was not fun. Not to mention stairs dark, fitly entrance with rubbish lying around and light that switches for a second then is a peach black . Dangerous for anyone. TV not able to watch not even the basic news - Cable not connected. Safety deposit box was not fixed to the cupboard and was like a toy box anyone can take it with them if they do manage to get in. Public parking is another issue - information not correct. In order to advertise places you may need to have a person (not a local person) to do an inspection on the premises you put on line under booking. com
