The staff was amazing, so nice and always willing to help

It’s right on the way to El Tepozteco, you can also walk to el zócalo in 5 min you are there. Lots of restaurants, shops etc. they have complimentary breakfast and those chilaquiles verdes w egg were AMAZING

Great place if you don’t mind dogs barking all night.

The place is great value for money. Perfect location, clean spacious room (mine had a large balcony from which I could see the Tepozteco and mountain range), great staff and tons of freebies (drinks and bfast). BUT! there is a dog next door that BARKS all night!!! I tried headphones, ear plugs….nothing would work! and it’s not a few barks here abs there, it’s all night! This hotel MUST do something about the neighbors dog or replace all the windows with triple pane. there’s tons of windows btw which is great during the day when the dog presumably sleeps.

THE NEIGHBORS DOG! and the staff is aware of the issue. I canceled the balance of my stay bc of it, only stayed one night.

Well located, room was spacious, well decorated and comfortable. The staff is super nice and attentive to detail ☺️, it was my boyfriends birthday and they got me a small cake and flowers for him.

The pool temperature was super cold, the shower temperature was not well regulated so it was either super cold or boiling water. Also, you will hear a lot of noises early morning (dogs, cars, the gas truck) so it might not be the best option if you’re not an early bird.

Gran calidad humana

Excelente limpieza, servicio y empatía ante las necesidades, ya que por ejemplo mi mamá estaba lastimada de una rodilla y no podía subir muchas escaleras, la señorita nos mostró dos habitaciones para que eligiera la que considerara más adecuada, después uno de los días que estuvimos llovió mucho y nos dieron opciones de servicio de comida a domicilio, así que excelente calidad humana, dan un agregado a su servicio, lo llamado excelencia al cliente. Gracias

Solo sugiero que las ventanas sean más oscuras porque se filtra la luz y dar mantenimiento al piso porque se levanta y es peligroso.

Costo muy alto para lo que ofrecen. El desayuno es un engaño, El precio de la habitación incluye el desayuno, lo que ofrecen de desayuno es un café y huevos al gusto, pan, fruta , jugo es un costo extra, eso se llama engaño ! Mejor no digan que incluyen el desayuno.

La ubicación, la distribución de las habitaciones, la limpieza maravillosa, y el personal muy bueno y atento.

No hay haitaciones de dos camas, yo viajaba con mi madre y la cama extra estaba dura, y quizá podría mejorar el desayuno incluido con algo de fruta, pero aún así estaba muy rico.
