This is an excellent, well organized, and comfortable apartment in an excellent central location.

The location was excellent. Despite being next to the Arena of Arles, it was quiet. The concept of the apartment was excellent with three floors including an attic bedroom with sufficient blinds to prevent morning light from entering, a mid-level living room with bathroom and shower, and a lower level with a kitchen. It was well lit, clean, and aerated with central air conditioning. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking or simply having coffee or tea.

The pillows were a bit lumpy and the bed was a little short for two adults.

The location is superb and central in Arles. Looking out towards the 2000 year old amphitheatre was stunning. The apartment has been designed and decorated in a very tasteful modern way with co-ordinated colour schemes throughout. It was useful to have 2 toilets and a separate shower room.

We liked everything about the apartment, but being spread over 3 floors (1st, 2nd and 3rd floors) it would not be ideal for someone who had a problem with lots of stairs.

Stairs to bedroom were a bit precarious. Would not recommend to anyone with mobility limitations. For us this wasn’t an issue.

Lovely, clean, comfortable,duplex with amazing view.

The view of the Roman Arches, the large and well-appointed rooms. There are two toilets! They held my luggage the day if departure so I could wander around and see the Saturday Market. The towels are lovely and there are actual sheets on the bed which is very comfortable. I would stay there again!

I left my suitcase in the kitchen because I didn't want to take it up 2 flights of stairs. There are no hangers. Apart from that it was perfect and the owner and his sister were very nice.

very friendly, very easy access, central location, not noisy at night, GREAT view, clean, spacious, well-stocked kitchen if you need it, not too long a walk from the train station

it's france, so as expected no air conditioning. a cold shower + a fan before bed makes it fine though, but just be aware if you think you'll find that difficult. toilet + shower is a very tight squeeze if you're somewhat tall (I'm 6'2" / 188 cm)

Just perfect

It’s difficult to have a better location than this. It’s literally accros the street of the arena, 1 minute walking to the antique theater, and close to all the other touristic sites, train station, riverside, supermarkets and restaurants. Landlords are more than friendly. They do everything up to hotel standard, including keeping your luggage. Their shop is just downstairs, you can ask for help at anytime. It’s clean and tidy. Bedsheets and towels smell like lavender :-) Look away if you are expecting a luxury hotel. But if you want to live like a local, this studio is a must-have. You can sit in the kitchen, enjoy your morning coffee while looking at the arena bathed in the sunshine.

Limited by the building’s structure, the bathroom is quite small.

Superb

Everything was very nice taken care off, friendly and helpfull owner. Appartement was clean and everything you’ll need was present, even more than that. The location is very nice and central on walking distance from the station and the nice Centre of Arles.

The only thing we missed was an airco in midsummer with degrees above 30

La suggestione dell’antichità vista dalla finestra di casa

La posizione di fronte al teatro romano e molto comoda per il parcheggio pubblico . E’ silenzioso e molto confortevole .

L’appartamento è molto carino l’unico neo è che è su tre livelli e le scale sono molto ripide per cui lo spostamento da un piano all’altro richiede molta attenzione .

Unglaublich schöne Unterkunft in Arles, jederzeit am liebsten dort wieder!

Nach 1000 km mit dem Fahrrad und 20 verschiedenen Unterkünften: der Vermieter ist der absolut freundlichste Vermieter den wir erlebt haben, er hat sich persönlich um die sichere Aufbewahrung unserer Fahrräder gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage direkt an der Arena in Arles traumhaft. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir echt traurig waren als wir wieder weiter mussten. Gut, der einzige Wermutstropfen, die Raumaufteilung über drei Stockwerke hat uns nach den Fahrradkilometern natürlich nicht beeindruckt, wer Probleme mit Treppen hat, sollte das wissen.

La vista por la ventana a la arena de Arles, contaba con equipamiento de cocina para tomar y comer ahí.

No había visto que apartamento se divide en 3 pisos, 1ro. Cocina, 2do. Living con baño principal y tercero dormitorio con baño. Además hay que subir un piso extra para llegar al apartamento.

Tutto. La casa era veramente ok. Pulita, accogliente, calda, molto curata, anche nei particolari (luce sotto gli interrutori e altro...). Il lucernario con le stelle di notte era una meraviglia. Il proprietario molto attento e disponibile. La posizione perfetta, e la vista dell'anfiteatro con la luce dell'alba era splendida. Cos'altro dire? Grazie per ospitare in questo modo.
