Perfectly situated, clean apartment with friendly host.

Perfectly located 1 Bed Apartment bang in the centre of the beautiful Arles, only a few seconds walk from the main square. Very clean and a lovely host Nicolas, who met me at the Station and gave me a lift to the apartment. He is also good to communicate with before arrival. Thank you Nicolas

Great location and great apartment

The apartment is in a great location in the old town in easy walk to shops, restaurants and all sites. Nicolas arranged to meet us at a location and take us to our apartment to unload our bags and then take us to the parking station and escorted us back to accommodation. This made everything so easy and he showed us good places to shop and eat on our walk back. The apartment is beautiful, light, airy and comfortable.

The bedroom is very small and there is no air conditioning or fan in the apartment. I mentioned to Nicolas that he needs a fan to create airflow in the apartment as it gets hot and stuffy in the summer, he said he is aware of it. So I imagine he will sort that out for next guests to stay.

Great housing, great location in a wonderful city!

Nicholas met us on the street by the car park. He repeatedly contacted us because the traffic from the Easter Festival (music, food, carnival rides) made city entry difficult. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Sparkling clean. Host showed us how to operate appliances etc. AND…he drove us back to the car park with our luggage when we checked out. Would definitely stay here again!

The noise from street festival was heard in the living room but not bedroom. The distance between the bed and the wall is tight.

Apartment like stay in the old city

Great, Location. Wonderful space. Nicolas is so nice and helpful by picking you up from the parking. He does a great job and it’s very kind to be so helpful.

Some may find the bedroom a bit tight. Not much based between the bed and walls. Not a problem for us since this is Europe. I slept on the sofa bed, and it was adequate. Great shower.

We loved our few days in Arles. Both the city and the apartment were wonderful.

Nicolas, the host, was wonderful. He picked us up and drove us back to the train station. He gave us a bit of an orientation tour on the way to the apt … which is PERFECT. It is very comfortable, clean, has a well equipped kitchen and is in an excellent location. Comfy beds, good shower with lots of hot water. Big window overlooking a church. Quiet street.Good heaters in the main room and the bedroom. I would definitely recommend the apartment and would stay again if I am lucky enough to come back to this gem of a small city.

Perfect place to stay in Arles

Great location, it is in the city centre and close to many attractions. The apartment is big and tidy, very comfortable. The bedroom is small but perfect for a solo traveller, also I like it there’s a TV in the bedroom. The owner Nicolas was very friendly and helpful, he picked me up and took me to the train station :)

A perfect apartment to appreciate all Arles offers the traveler

The location is superb. A literal stones throw to the finest sites in the center of old town. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a few meals. Laundry room was a plus. And Nickoli was pleasant, thoughtful, and easy to work with. He saved me time and expense by getting me to the train station

I happened to visit during a warm summer time. Without AC it was a little uncomfortable. But I would rent again!

I loved location and free parking at near by public parking. The kitchen was well equipped. Nicolas was excellent communicator, punctual and kind and thoughtful. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Arles

Very spacious modern apartment that is conveniently located and managed by an exceptional host

Nicolas was an excellent host. He provided great tips about things to see in Arles, adapted our check-in and check-out times based on our trains, and drove us from and to the train station. The apartment is conveniently located in the middle of the pedestrian area of the old town (where only residents are able to drive). Tourist sites, restaurants, supermarkets, and other public transport are only a short walk away. The apartment was extremely spacious and modern with a well-equipped kitchen and even had a washing machine in the bathroom.

Several pigeons are roosting in the area outside the bedroom window where neighbours are renovating. There is a bit of a smell so we kept the window closed. We used the fan to keep cool during the night and this was fine. The bathroom tap with an open-top design had a bit of unsightly limescale.

Large well equipped studio in the old town

The apartment was as described. Clean. Very well equipped. In the middle of the old town, close to practically all of the interesting sites. Free parking on a municipal site. Our host was very helpful.

The disadvantage of the middle of the old town location was the relatively remote municipal parking (10-15 min walk).

Ideal location, right in the center of the old town. The parking was a real bonus because it is impossible to park nearby. The owner has a pass to a central parking right next to the tourist office so it was perfect. The kitchen was super equipped, with food shops nearby. Two blocks from the van Gogh cafe.

Perfect stay in lovely Arles

everything was perfect . The size of the bedroom as indeed small but adequate for us and it did not made any difference in our stay . Nicholas was very helpfull and welcoming , and we would surely stay there again

Excellent stay

This place has exceeded my expectations! Location: it is right next to the Van Gogh foundation. I came here for the Arles photo festival and I found it super easy to get into exhibitions from this property which is a huge plus when you need to find exhibitions that are in different places of the town. Facility: it has all the equipments you need, such as dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, TV, laundry machine, plates, mugs etc. The apartment has large windows and the space of the living area is large and well decorated! The display of the apartment is exactly the same as shown in the pictures. Nicolas also prepared little touches such as mask, hand sanitizer which is very considerate. Host: Nicolas is a really nice host. He picked me up from the train station and drove me to the apartment. On the way, he pointed out the places that worth a visit. He recommended Luma exhibition which is newly built this year (and I absolutely loved it). He is punctual in term of check-out. He is one of the best hosts that I have came across! Overall, I would definitely stay at this apartment again if I come back to visit Arles (which I will)! And I would strongly recommend this apartment!

Fantastic expect the bedroom.

The location of this appartment is fantastic. Right in the middle of all the historic places to visit. The appartment is quite spacious and has everything you need.

The bedroom is small, as the bed. It becomes hot during the night and you cant open the windows because there are many many nests of pigeons next to it which are making lots of noises.

Allotjament molt centric pero malgrat aixo no sorollós. Supermercats a prop. Tot l equipament per a fer-se els àpats, inclosa una nevera gran. Matalàs molt confortable malgrat habitacio molt petita. Molt net i ben mantingut. Nicolas es va oferir per recollir-me a la estació i per si tenia alguna urgència

L’habitació es molt petita i poc airejada. Vaig arribar en plena onada de calor i la primera nit es va fer molt dificil dormir malgrat el ventilador. Hauria calgut aire condicionat amb la temperatura que feia

Z Nicolasom sva se srečala na določeni lokaciji, da smo lahko z avtom vstopili v staro mestno jedro do apartmaja, kjer smo raztovorili prtljago. Pokazal nama je pot do parkirišča in naju pospremil nazaj do nastanitve. Apartma je na odlični lokaciji v starem mestnem jedru, v neposredni bližini trgovin, restavracij in vseh znamenitosti. Je svetel, zračen, čist, udoben in opremljen z vsem potrebnim. Nicolas je zelo skrben, v vseh pogledih, odlično nama je svetoval glede lokalov in zanimivih dogodkov (če ste v Arles-u v soboto je obvezen obisk sejma).

Spalnica je majhna in v apartmaju ni klimatske naprave! Ventilator nama je drugi dan bivanja razpadel, zato sem šel naslednji dan v trgovino po novega. Ker je bil ravno v času najinega bivanja na tem področju vročinski val, zunanja temperatura med 36 in 39 stopinj, temperatura tudi ponoči ni bistveno padla, je bilo v apartmaju 30 stopinj, vroče, soparno in zadušljivo. v bistvu neprimerno za bivanje. Nicolasu sem ventilator podaril in mu povedal, naj resno razmisli o namestitvi klimatske naprave, vsaj prenosne (to je majhen strošek, investicija za prihodnost).

Disponibilité de l'hôte: toujours prêt à rendre service. Appartement bien équipé et très bien situé pour la visite de la petite ville romaine d'Arles ... à pied ! Possibilité de se rendre (en moins d'une heure) en Provence (Baux, St-Rémy, Avignon) ou au Pont du Gard en train ou en voiture.
