About this cottage rental
A natural house made of wood and stone at a height of approx. 850m for holidays of a special kind as well as celebrations (birthdays, company outings, company events etc.) especially suitable for groups, associations or family associations.
The owner renovated the 200-year-old house in an environmentally friendly manner and expanded it into a piece of jewelry.
Switch off. Enjoy nature and tranquility without TV and internet. Remember old values like cozy get-togethers with entertainment and card games.
The restaurant is furnished with a bar and dispensing system like an inn and offers space for about 40 people to celebrate. The cozy farmhouse room accommodates another 20 people.
The kitchen offers full equipment with an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, many small appliances as well as dishes and cutlery in sufficient quantities.
A cool drinks room is also available.
In the hut there are 6 bedrooms with a total of 24 beds (and 2 cots) as well as 2 bathrooms with shower (hairdryer available) on the upper floor and 2 guest toilets on the ground floor.
Outside there is a large parking lot directly at the hut, a terrace with self-made garden furniture, a children's playground and a large barbecue area with stone furniture.
Breakfast service and party service can be booked, also pizza delivery service.
Drinks can be delivered directly from the landlord on request.
Super location in the border triangle of Bavaria, Austria and the Czech Republic with a fantastic view and countless excursions.
Passau, the three-river city (Bavarian Venice) is always worth a visit. The cathedral houses the largest church organ in the world. Stroll through the remarkable old town and the Italian-style Inn promenade along to the top, where Inn and Ilz unite with the Danube.
Metropolises such as Munich, Salzburg, Linz or Prague are only about 1-2 hours away and are worth a visit.
In addition, trips to the Bavarian Forest National Park are highly recommended. Arber, Rachel and Lusen invite you to hike in the mountains and the treetop path takes you to lofty heights.

Für unser Wochenende fehlte uns an nichts! :-) wir waren sehr zufrieden und schwer begeistert von der Hütte und Fam. Schauberger. Wir werden bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein!

Die Hütte war genau das, was ich mir für meine Party vorgestellt habe. Es gab alles was man braucht, es war sauber, es war sehr gemütlich mit toller Landschaft, es war warm! Und jeder hatte genug Platz und Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen.
Kann ich nur empfehlen!
Es gibt außerdem Bälle, eine Tischtennisplatte und genug Möglichkeiten auch die kleineren zu Unterhalten.
