Perfect holiday apartment!

Very nice apartment with amazing view. Everything you needed was available. All kitchen supplies available, plenty of towels, beds were made. Also bowls and towels for the dog were supplied. Extra plus was the bbq and private sauna. The area is perfect for trips and activities. I didn’t want to leave!!

Mrs. Gerhart is perfectly reachable by phone (plus point!), but less via email or the message service via the app (which is good to know). Beds are a bit hard and squeaky.

Excellent acommodation, feels like someone's home

Very clean, nice design combining rustic with mpdern, great views despite being close to the main road. Very well stocked, there were all the basic needs like TP, salt, detergents, that you usually have to buy yourself in such cottages.

No microwave, that was an unnecessary inconvenience, having to warm up everything on the stove.

Charming apartment with a touch of luxury

We had the apartment #8 with private sauna. The apartment's door was not locked when we arrived, so it was pretty smooth to move in. The communication with Ute went very well, she was available when needed. The apartment itself is spacious, nicely and modern furbished, super-nice view to the opposite mountains. The private sauna was a touch of luxury, we loved it! Shopping is in walking distance. Hauser Kaibling is pretty close, it is a real "pályaszállás" (an apartment right next to the ski route). We loved everything and hope to get back soon.

Great location, amazing balcony with wonderful views. Apartment is very spacious and modern, but also traditional and cozy. Comfortable beds.

Haven’t really got anything negative to say. Something to be aware of is that there are quite a few steps up to the property and luggage has to be carried up.

Best vacation house in Haus im Ennstal with everything you need! We can’t recommend this place enough!

The place has an absolute fantastic location. From our house with the big wood terrace we had stunning views over the mountains every day. The interior design was very beautiful, modern an well organized. We came to this place to go hiking, and there was plenty of opportunities. After a long day we loved to cook some food and then relax in front of the big 75” tv in the livingroom. There is simply nothing negative to say at all. Sadly the scale only goes to 10, because it deserves more. We loved it and will definitely come back one day. Highly highly recommended!

A tiny thing compared to how amazing this place is. But I would recommend the owner to fix the door to the toilet. Everytime you close the door it creaks incredibly loud. So if you want to go toilet in the night you can be 100% sure to wake up everyone in the House. I think it’s a quick fix and this small thing doesn’t change anything from our whole opinion about this place.

Cudowne miejsce!

Piękny dom o bardzo wysokim standardzie. Lokal bardzo czysty i świetnie wyposażony. Bardzo przestronne pokoje, kuchnia, salon i łazienki. Położenie obiektu idealne. Do trasy narciarskiej prowadzącej w dół, do gondoli jest tylko kilka metrów! Miejsce wprost idealne na zimowe ferie.

Für uns war der Auffenthalt nahezu perfekt. Besonders wenn man das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis betrachtet.

Wir sind mit drei Skifahrern und einer weiteren Person inklusive Hund angereist. Zum Skifahren ist die Lage perfekt. Ein Ziehweg befindet sich direkt vor der Unterkunft, die Talstation Hauser Kaibling in etwa 500 Metern. Die Lage direkt am Ortsrand war auch für die weitere Person sehr gut, da auch ohne Auto ein Bäcker und ein Billa Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar sind. Von der Ausstattung her war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden.

Als kleinen Kritikpunkt könnte man nennen, dass es keine ebenerdige Dusche gibt.

Einfach immer wieder schön

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und die Ausstattung der Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut- es gibt sogar Stabmixer und elektrische Zerkleinerer. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist fantastisch und der direkte Zugang zur Piste ideal. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Die Couch ist etwas unbequem, aber wir benutzen sie sowieso kaum.

Mega, die Lage des Hauses, wenn man Schifahrer ist!

Wir sind leidenschaftliche Schifahrer, Schi aus dem Haus und schon anschnallen und losfahren, ein Traum!!!! Im Haus fehlt es auch an nichts!

Man müsste sich einen Schischuhtrockner mitnehmen, wenn man es nötigt, leider wurde er zu Hause vergessen bei uns.

Terasse mit viel Grün drumherum und toller Aussicht, gemütliche Wohnungseinrichtung, Kaffeemaschine, Sauna, gute Lage.

Kein persönlicher Kontakt durch Gastgeber, keine Antwort auf eine Anfrage in der Gastgeber-App. Sauberkeit, besonders in den Sanitärräumen könnte besser sein (Spinnweben). Muffiger Geruch im WC. Keine Anleitung zur Nutzung des Kamins gefunden.

Wir würden aufgrund der Geruchsbelästigung nicht wiederkommen. Unglaublich stark nach Kloake.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und die Sauna hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Leider stimmt etwas mit den verlegten Abflussrohren nicht. In einem der Schlafzimmer herrschte ein extrem stechender Geruch nach Kloake, der kam und ging, aber am Morgen und am Abend sowie in der Nacht wirklich extrem unangenehm war. Leider haben unsere Gastgeber auf keine der täglichen Bitten um eine Lösung des Problems geantwortet. An einem Tag traf ich den Sohn der Besitzerin zufällig an, der versprach, sich darum zu kümmern. Vielleicht hat er es getan, wir waren nicht da, als er nachgeschaut hat. Als wir dann in die Unterkunft kamen, war der Geruch am späten Nachmittag weg, um am Abend wie gewohnt zurück zu kehren. Weiter schriftliche Anfragen liefen ins Leere. Keinerlei Reaktion. Ich fühlte mich nicht als Gast gesehen.

Schöne Aussicht, der Rest enttäuschen

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön – besonders der große Balkon und der weite Blick in die Natur haben uns sehr gefallen. Nach unserer vorzeitigen Abreise (aufgrund der Doppelbuchung und Insekten in der 2. Wohnung) wurde uns ohne Nachfrage eine kleine Summe erstattet – das haben wir als fair und entgegenkommend empfunden.

Leider enttäuschend – keine Empfehlung Sauberkeit: Die Ferienwohnung war bei unserer Ankunft nicht so sauber – der Boden war schmutzig, in den Ecken lagen Staub und Spinnweben, und die Wäsche roch muffig. Angesichts der hohen Reinigungskosten ist das absolut unverständlich. Ausstattung & Zustand: In der Küche fehlten Utensilien wie Schäler oder Waage – ein Problem, das offenbar auch schon andere Gäste angesprochen haben. Die Skihalterung befindet sich unter dem Carport direkt hinter geparkten Autos – potenziell eine Gefahr für den Lack. Sauna: Ist einsehbar von den anderen Gästen. Aus der Sauna heraus kann man den Waldblick auch nur erahnen. Mann schaut in die Küche der anderen, Schotterdach und Dreckhang. Gastgeberkontakt: Der Kontakt gestaltete sich leider schwierig, bei Fehlern ist erst einmal der Gast schuld. Die Wohnung war doppelt belegt, woraufhin man uns zunächst unterstellte, auf einen Scam hereingefallen zu sein. Dann haben wir die Ferienwohnung gewechselt und entdeckten Ameisen im Schlafzimmer– die erste Reaktion darauf war, wir hätten wohl Süßigkeiten im Gepäck gehabt (was nicht der Fall war). Sicherheitsgefühl: Ein weiteres Unbehagen bereitete uns der Türcode, der offenbar nicht regelmäßig geändert wird. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt: Während unserer Abwesenheit wurde die Wohnung betreten, um Ameisenfallen aufzustellen – was an sich natürlich hilfreich ist, aber leider ohne vorherige Ankündigung per Anruf oder Nachricht geschah. Das geht für uns gar nicht und hinterlässt ein sehr unangenehmes Gefühl in Bezug auf Privatsphäre und Respekt. Fazit: Die Aussicht war zwar schön und der Urlaub insgesamt okay, aber für den Preis und die hohen Zusatzkosten erwarten wir Sauberkeit und einen professionellen, freundlichen Umgang. Beides war leider nicht gegeben – daher keine Weiterempfehlung unsererseits.
