We stayed there for a ski holiday and the place was simply perfect for that purpose!

The service was excellent, and both the apartment and the other areas of the property were spotlessly clean. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable, with a beautiful view and all the necessary amenities of good quality. There was also a large, bright ski storage room. The location was perfect in every respect – walking distance to the Planai gondola station, shops, and the bus stop – everything as close as possible. In addition, there were pleasant saunas with delicious sparkling water available. Convenient parking was also provided, both in the garage and directly in front of the property. The rating is a sincere 11/10!

Perfect location, very nice apartment in the heart of Schladming

Location is just perfect, only few steps from Planai gondola. The apartment is clean and comfortable with all amenities needed for your stay. The personnel are very kind and responsive for any needs in respect your stay.

Overall the hotel and staff were amazing and we had a great stay. We would stay here again in the future.

Excellent location, our room was spacious with plenty of living area. Very clean and tidy, good kitchen and cleaning facilities. We stayed in the 2 room apartment, adequate clothes storage.

We also rented the attic room for 4 people, this was a little small with limited storage space.

A high quality apartment few steps away from Planai.

The room and the building itself are of high quality in terms of furniture, details and usability. The kitchen is fully equipped, beds are large and comfortable. The staff is helpful and polite. The Planai West as well as the center of Schladming are in 100 meters walking distance, so the position is just perfect.

A small but common problem: the little rubber pieces, which would alleviate the characteristic sound of the chair pulling, have been felt from the bottom of the legs of the chairs. So you wake up every morning to the neighbor pulling - pushing the chair. I would suggest to regularly check these tiny pieces.

Great place to stay for a week on the slopes in Schladming

We stayed in exactly the same room as 3 years ago and it was everything we remembered it to be. Comfortable beds, well outfitted kitchen and a daily sauna routine following a day on the slopes. Perfect location, close to the skilift on one side, close to restaurants on the other side.

The apartment is situated in the centre of Schladming, which was modern, clean, and well equipped. E.g. the host was so attentive, that she observed my prefered parking place and reserved it for us afterwards. One of the best appartment where we stayed.

Wir sind absolut begeistert von diesem Hotel-Apartment! 🤍 Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, wunderschön eingerichtet und die Küche ist komplett voll ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts 👌🍳 Highlight sind die zwei großen, sehr schönen Badezimmer 🚿🚿 und vor allem die Terrasse – ein absoluter Traum 🌄☀️ mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar 🤩🔥 Bestlage direkt am Hang zum Skilift – 2 Minuten mit Skischuhen, 1 Minute zu Fuß ⛷️❄️ Zusätzlich ist die Tenne gleich ums Eck 🥳🍾🎶 – perfekt zum Feiern, Skifahren und Genießen. Für uns die beste Lage überhaupt mit dem besten Ausblick 🏔️✨ Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Frau Buchsteiner 💐💖 – so eine herzliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Rezeptionistin findet man nicht einmal in vielen 5-Sterne-Hotels ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Zum Frühstück sind wir immer 2 Minuten zum Café Niederl gegangen ☕🥐 – top! Tolles Apartment in bester Lage!

Super Lage und sehr sauberes Apartment! Etwas kleiner als auf den Fotos dargestellt, aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

In der Beschreibung war ein Balkon angeführt, der leider nicht vorhanden war.

Tolles Apartment & großartiger Service

Wir waren insgesamt 8 Personen und haben eine Nacht verbracht übernachtet. Unser Fazit: sehr zufrieden. Daie 2 Apartments waren sauber, gut ausgestattet und für unsere Gruppe ideal geeignet. Ein besonderes Lob gilt der Dame an der Rezeption – äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Trotz eines von mir verlorenen Zimmerschlüssels blieb sie entspannt, löste das Problem schnell und professionell, und nachdem der Schlüssel wieder aufgetaucht war, erhielt ich das hinterlegte Geld problemlos zurück. Service auf sehr hohem Niveau. Insgesamt eine durchweg positive Erfahrung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vor allem die Lage ist auch super. Klare Empfehlung.

Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Statt klassischer Schlüssel wären Plastik-Schlüsselkarten praktischer, da diese im Verlustfall weniger problematisch sind.

Skiurlaub Schladming

Absolut Top Lage. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Talstation Planai, die Einkaufsläden oder die Stadtmitte (Fussgängerzone)

Die Temperatur im Bad lässt sich nicht regeln, läuft über die zentrale Heizung fürs ganze Haus. Uns war es entschieden zu warm. Bei der Küchenausstattung ist Luft nach oben. z.B. ein Brotmesser

Kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekte Lage direkt beim Lift und beim Planai Stadion. War für uns super - wenn man keine laute Musik bis 1:00 nachts mag, sollte man bei Veranstaltungen aber eine Unterkunft weiter weg vom Zentrum nehmen. Die Fenster sind aber sehr gut schallisoliert.

Nagyszerű lokáció, legközelebb az emeletre foglalunk szobát :)

Nagyon szép volt a lakás és nagyon tiszta. A konyha igényesen felszerelt: zöldségpucoló, 2 konyharuha, sütőben sütőpapír, háztartási olló, egyszóval semmiben sem szenvedtünk hiányt. Nagyon tetszett a 2 szauna is, az egyik bio volt, és jól esett a friss ivóvíz a pihenőrészlegen. Sok prospektus található a recepción. Még esernyő is elérhető, ami igen jól jött az egyik este.

Ami az előnye, az kicsit a hátránya is a szálláshelynek: nagyon közel volt mindenhez, ami nagyszerű volt, ugyanakkor az apartman ablakai a buszpályaudvarra néztek, közvetlenül az ablakok alá parkoltak a kirándulók, és teraszunk se volt, ez kissé zavart. A wifi nagyon gyenge volt. Egy tésztaszűrő esetleg még jól jönne a konyhába. De valójában azért nem tudok rosszat mondani, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

1/لم يتم توفير سليبرات ، قالت الموظفه ان هذه شقق وليست فندق بالرغم ان كل الشقق اللي سكنت فيها من قبل قامو بتوفير سليبر 2/تم وضعنا بالطابق الارضي . اللي يحتاج غرفتين سوف يضعونه بالطابق الارضي. ولا توجد شبكه. يوجد وايفاي ولاكن لا يصل الا برج ويرجع ينقطع علينا. عانينا من الشبكه جدا جدا جدا. كنا كي نستطيع استخدام الانترنت نطلع خارج الشقه لكي يصل 3/في اول يوم حاولنا تغيير الغرفه ولكن الموظفه ميلاني لم تكن متعاونه بالتغيير. على العكس كانت حاده في اسلوبها جدا جدا. لم تحاول تساعدنا بالعكس كانت تقول تستطيعون الخروج وهي معصبه 4/بالحجز اتاني انه يوجد تراس. ولكن يوجد فقد شبابيك مطله عالمدينه

Sehr tolles Appartement, ideal für große Familien

Sehr schön ausgestattete und große Appartements. Wir haben zwei große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und jeweils ein eigenes Bad & WC, sowie ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer gehabt. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Ausstattung war toll. Die Lage ist ideal für Aktivitäten rundum Schladming.
