One of the best chalet I ever visit on my life.

I like everything . First thing I would like to thank the staff working there they are so kind and helpful. the view is beautiful. The house is new and clean. the area is quiet. Before you reach there, I prefer you take your food and all your needs with you . I like the chalet. ♥️

Beautiful mountain holiday spot

House has beautiful views from every corner, its close to the gondola to reach with bikes. It is well equipped and very cozy. Also with sommercard its easy to do things all around Schladming, we had very nice holidays even if weather wasn't always perfect.

There was some odour from shower drains in lower bathrooms.

Location is directly on the ski slope

Just a generic house, with small rooms and so basic beds. Cleaning is horable or it just stays so after the previous guests…they just change the sheets. I think it is the worse value for money we’re ever had…

Excellent location, breathtaking views, modern interior. Ski slopes very close, real ski-in/ski-out possibilities. Flexible cancellation policy is also a big plus in covid-times.

Cleanliness below expectations. 3 out of the 4 sleeping rooms were very small. 1 out of the 3 bathrooms also very small, nearly impossoblie to use. Beds uncomfortable, especially in the room with bunk beds. Walls extremely thin, one can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. Temperature was set for 17 Celsius when we arrived, took a while until we could get it to a comfortable level.

I give our stay with your hotel, a FAIR rating due to the following disappointments: 1. The hotel needs to take accountability of keeping their driveway shovelled for their guests to not be stuck in the house. 2. The hotel should provide an instructions of use leaflet to be able to use the Sauna and Jacuzzi. 3. The jets in the jacuzzi were not clean when turned on - it sprayed out dirt which is not at all hygienic. 4. And worst of all, only half of the jets in the jacuzzi worked - the rest did not even function. Ideally after reading the complaints, I expect some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. If not, the least is that you will improve on the points mentioned. Thank you.

Redelijk ver van een winkel, maar we kozen er natuurlijk voor om direct aan de skipistes te zitten.

Fantastisch appartement, mooi uitzicht en fijne locatie!

Het appartement was heel gezellig en luxe ingericht en was van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn dat er een aparte ruimte was om je ski’s en schoenen te stallen.

Er was één badkamer, dat vonden we lastig als we ‘s ochtends allemaal op tijd klaar moesten zijn. Er was een bed niet volledig verschoond, op het hoeslaken zaten haren en wimpers. Na dat te hebben aangegeven is er niks mee gedaan en is mijn dochter gaan slapen op een ander bed. Verder moet je er rekening mee houden dat je vanaf de accommodatie een flink eindje naar beneden moet skiën over een rode piste om bij de gondel te komen. Niet geschikt voor beginnende skiërs dus.

Ez egy szuper szálláshely, szívesen foglalnám újra!

Szuper elhelyezkedés, kényelmes terek, tisztaság, tényleg pályaszállás, síeléshez is tökéletes.

A wc fala átlátszó üveg, de az ajtóhoz nincs kulcs, ráadásul a folyosóról pont belátni, ha valaki benyit. Egy üvegfólia sokat dobna a kényelmen. Az hogy a recepció és a szállás máshol van, nagyon kellene hangsúlyozni, kiemelni az előzetes kommunikációban!

Das Chalet war wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und aufgeteilt ! Whirlpool und Sauna waren ein highlight - super entspannen nach dem Skifahren

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht. Wir kamen in unserem Charlet an und hier war sämtliches Geschirr mit Essensresten verdreckt. Der Boden und auch die Couch war voll mit Krümeln, Dreck und Hundehaaren (dafür das hier keine Hunde gestattet sind) somit haben wir dann erstmal gesaugt. In dem einen Zimmer ist ein Regalbrett abgerissen und die Duschgarnitur kommt oben aus der Wand. Das Kinder Hochbett ist kaputt und der Rausfallschutz komplett lose. In der Dusche und auch den Waschbecken läuft das Wasser nicht ab. Die Spülmaschine war voll mit Essensresten und der Kühlschrank komplett versaut mit (Tomatensoße würden wir vermuten), alle Küchenschränke waren offen und komplett verdreckt von innen. An dem Whirlpool geht sämtliche Verkleidung ab, in der Küche ist eine Wand verputzt und nicht mal gestrichen. Schlüsselübergabe waren 20min mit dem Auto vom Wohnobjekt entfernt.

הנוף והמיקום הוא מושלם ברמות! כמובן שזה מרוחק ממש וכל נסיעה לסופר או מכולת זה לרדת את כל ההר אבל הנוף הוא ללא מילים

המקום לא נגיש לילדים ומבוגרים הזמנו 3 בקתות היו מרוחקות ממש אחת מהשניה ומלא מדרגות לכל דירה לעבור מבקתה לבקתה לאוכל ולדבר היה קשה מאד המדרגות תלולות ברמות כל הזמן פחדנו שהסבתא תיפול ושהילדה תחליק הסלון והמטבח ממוקמים בקומה למעלה והחדרים למטה ואין שרותים בקומה למעלה כל פעם המבוגרים היו צריכים לעלות ולרדת וזה היה קשוח מאד מאד מאדד היינו בבקתה 1 שהיא חמודה מאד יחסית גדולה 4 חדרי שינה 2 עם שרותים ומקלחת ו2 ג'קוזי 1 פנימי ענק וחיצוני גדול ובבקתה 6 שהיא מהממת הקומה למעלה חמודה 2 חדרי שינה עם מרפסת משותפת וגקוזי מגניב ובבקתה 13א שהיא זוועות!!! זה לא דירה זה סטודיו שבחורף זה דלפק קבלה יש לה צורה מוזרה מלא מטבחים קטנים חדרים מוזרים וריח מוזר בשביל לעשות צאק אין צריך להגיע לדלפק קבלה בהאוס ולעשות שם וגם לקבל את הכרטיס אטרקציות

Berge mit Party-Background

Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Dachstein kann nur durch ein paar Wolken getrübt werden. Aber der Blick in den Sternenhimmel aus dem Pool ist unbeschreiblich.

In den Hütten treffen sich auch Feierwütige die bis 4 Uhr morgens auf dem Balkon die Nachbarn in der Umgebung unterhalten, auch wenn diese lieber schlafen wollen. Das kann sich auch über eine ganze Woche hinziehen.

Schönes Chalet mit viel Platz und spektakulärer Aussicht, aber einigen Mängeln

Super schöne Lage u Ausblick, 4 separate Schlafzimmer, toller Brötchenservice, schöne Gemeinschaftsräume mit viel Platz, Whirlpool mit Ausblick (Chalet Nr 6), tolle Ausgangslage für Wanderungen, Sommercard inklusive, was viele Möglichkeiten bringt. Restaurant in Gehweite verfügbar. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Unkomplizierter Check-in. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Ausstattung für das Preissegment z. T. „billig“ ausgeführt (viele Dinge würden sich leicht beheben lassen): z.B. Dichtung der Wanne/Duschen ersetzen (etwas mühsam, dass es ständig leckt), „Spa-Bereich“ mit Whirlwanne, Sauna u Wellnessdusche somit nur eingeschränkt genießbar. Toiletten in den Schlafzimmerbädern so positioniert, dass man kaum Platz hat, größere Toilette ohne Lüftung/Fenster und sehr hellhörig; bei Ankunft Sauberkeit mangelhaft - nach Meldung bei der Rezeption wurde aber sofort nochmals eine Reinigungskraft geschickt u das Ganze behoben, Nachbar in umliegenden Chalets z.T. sehr laut (auch nachts). Haustüre verzogen u zwar zuziehbar, sodass sie nicht von aussen geöffnet werden kann, aber nicht mit dem Schlüssel richtig absperrbar.

Top ligging prachtige chalet aan de piste!! Ook voor niet skiërs zal je u zeker niet vervelen met de accommodaties in dit huisje. Er is aan alles gedacht.

Als ik iets van kritiek mag geven dan is het dat pannen zeker toe zijn aan vernieuwing. Wijn en waterglazen waren echt vies. We hebben deze allemaal opnieuw met de hand gewassen. Er waren ook maar 6 wijnglazen of champagneglazen terwijl het huisje voor 10pers is.

Alles in Allem eine gute Unterkunft für einen gelungenen Ski-Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen (direkt an einer Piste, eine Hütte und ein Restaurant in der Nähe) und die Aussicht ist grandios (Blick auf den Dachstein). Die Einrichtung ist komfortabel, geschmackvoll und bietet alles was man benötigt. Das Platzangebot ist reichlich, was gerade bei einem Ski-Urlaub mit Ski-Kleidung, Helmen, etc. sehr praktisch ist.

In unserem Fall ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Zwar waren die Schlafräume und die Küche gemacht, es wurde jedoch ein Bad sowie die Fußböden nicht gereinigt.
