With 120 m², our Premium Chalet with swim spa ample space for up to 10 people. Your holiday home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub and sauna and 2 furnished balconies. There are 4 double beds and in addition 1 room features a bunk bed. The kitchen in our Premium Chalet is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker). A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival. I really loved everything about service since the day I have booked my holiday, both Daniel and Gerhard were very helpful and extremely prompt with replies to any questions. The chalet we have booked was Lodge 360• - the most amazing place we all could of imagined! Breathtaking viewes, everything was clean and new, fully equipped kitchen, amazing hot tub (I have never seen such a big one), sauna, smart tv -all you want after long day of skiing! Big plus chalet is next to ski slope so it’s literally ski in/ ski out location. All of us were so impressed and happy we had a chance to stay there and visit Austrian region of SCHLADMING-DACHSTEIN. It must be beautiful there during summer too! Definitely recommend to everyone and hopefully one day I will have a chance to return there. Thank you for making my holiday so enjoyable!!! All good, no improvement needed

Die Lage des Chalet direkt an der Skipiste. Ein großer Pool auf der Terrasse. Sauna und extra Badewanne. Großer Wohn-Essbereich mit Küche und Ausblick auf das Dachsteingebirge. Für die Spülmaschine sollte pro Tag mind. 1 Tab vorhanden sein. Auch Müllbeutel sollten mehr vorhanden sein.

Das Chalet ist sehr schön und der Ausblick ein Traum. Es gibt eindeutig zu wenige kleine Löffel. An manchen Stellen ist das Chalet schon etwas mitgenommen. An der Rezeption waren sie sehr nett, es gibt einen Brötchenservice, der auch sehr toll ist. Es gibt eindeutig zu wenige kleine Löffel. An manchen Stellen ist das Chalet schon etwas mitgenommen ( Küchenarbeitsplatte blättert ab, Geschirrspüler lässt sich leicht verschieben, Blende unter dem Backofen hängt runter,…) . Leider wurde uns die falsche Adresse geschickt für die Rezeption und wir sind eine halbe Stunde unnötig durch die Gegend gefahren.

Sehr schönes Chalet, toller Swinspa und ein gigantischer Ausblick. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen! Leider war das Haus nicht so richtig sauber als wir es übernommen haben. Bei der Endreinigungspauschale hätte man hier ein wenig mehr erwarten können. Wir waren nur zu fünft, aber hier war die Ausstattung in der Küche schon grenzwertig. Bei mehr Personen schließe ich mich den Vorrednern an, werden gewisse Utensilien nicht ausreichen.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht, leider war die Kommunikation über das online Tool sehr schleppend, der online Check in hat nicht funktioniert und die Kommunikation war insgesamt daher sehr schlecht. Noch dazu erwarte ich bei einer solchen Unterkunft nicht zu einer 20 Minuten entfernten Rezeption fahren zu müssen. Gerade, wenn ein online Check in angeboten wird. Das habe ich schon deutlich besser erlebt.

Die Lage des Chalets, direkt an der Piste, ist traumhaft. Entspannung im Pool neben der Piste und den Skifahrern zuzuschauen - toll. Der Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Die Küchenausstattung könnte erweitert und teilweise auch erneuert werden. Die Kaffeemaschine ist für ein 10-Personenhaus absolut unzureichend. Der Schlüsselkasten vor dem Eingang ist schwer zu bedienen.

Der persönliche Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitern, auch schon im Vorfeld, da es bei uns gerade wegen der noch geschlossenen Grenzen, lange Zeit, Unklarheiten bestanden Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist für eine hohe Anzahl von Personen eher mangelhaft. Wir mussten u.a. Gläser dazu kaufen und die Kaffeemaschine wäre eine Stufe größer auch etwas besser gewesen. Die ausgeübte Kritik ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
