Super Lage
Im Keller wohnt wohl jemand auf Miete. Dies wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt und war auch nicht ersichtlich. Er nach einem Gespräch mit dem Mitbewohner war uns klar, dass wir „unten“ im Privatbereich des Mitbewohner (auf Terasse) nichts verloren haben. Ein vorhandenes Privat Schild war wohl vorhanden aber nicht sichtbar angebracht. Wir hatten kein Problem mit der Situation, es war aber unangenehm für uns. Eine Vorabinformation wäre gut gewesen.
