About this house rental
This cozy cottage is located in the tourist area of Wildschönau Valley and is located at about 1000m above sea level alone standing at the edge of a small river valley. A sunny hillside above the village of Niederau and Oberau. Absolute tranquility with stunning views of the surrounding mountains to the Kaiser Mountains is guaranteed.
The living rooms are on two floors. Upstairs there is a large, comfortable living / dining area with large table, sofa, fireplace and balcony. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen. There is a toilet, a bunk room for 3 people with a double. Double bed, bunk bed and a baby crib and the entrance to the house if needed are here. In the lower part, the shower room and three further bedroom (1x with large double bed for 2 persons, 1 with double. Double bed + single bed for 3 people, 1 with 2 bunk beds for up to 4 people). On the equipped with an awning and seating large south-facing terrace you have all to yourself, and can extensively the sun, rest and enjoy nature. In the garden next to it is a wooden playhouse and sandbox for children, at the bottom of the plot is a swing. There is also a second smaller terrace and parking for up to 4 cars. In the house Wireless internet is available, and there is stereo (radio / CD / Ipod). A barbecue is also available.
All around there are plenty of ways to spend the holidays in an unforgettable way. The immediate area, countless short and long hiking trails (z. B. to pastures, caves, lakes and peaks of course, gorge walking trails, lifts and more.). In a few minutes you can reach various outdoor and natural swimming pools, lakes, and a thermal spa (pool including slides and saunas). There are also within several children and summit worlds of experience, mines, museums and exhibitions, wildlife parks, castles and many other attractions.
Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, gas station and the tourist office are very close. More, much more extensive shopping / entertainment venues (shopping center, cinema, bowling, climbing wall, etc.) are only a few kilometers away. Also an interesting adventure sports activities (paragliding, canyoning, rafting, etc.) is in the high valley Wildschönau available.
