About this house rental

In the romantic XXL farmhouse with a beautiful view of the Wilder Kaiser, you can forget everyday life. You live on the outskirts between Söll and Scheffau, just a few kilometers from the Kufstein-Kiefersfelden border (703 meters above sea level). With four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two guest toilets, there is enough privacy for up to twelve people. An ideal holiday home, for example, for a sociable group of hikers. With lots of practical utensils, the kitchen is made for an evening of cooking together. Or prepare a cozy barbecue in the garden. Children also feel good all around. Because your holiday home includes a large piece of land with a playground and play equipment: a great place to linger and relax. The house is close to the road that leads directly to Ellmau. There you can look forward to numerous attractions, such as Ellmi's magic world, the Hexenwasser Söll, the Wörgler Wasserwelten adventure pool, the Kaiserbad, the 27-hole Wilder Kaiser golf course and the 9-hole short course Kaisergolf. Activities nearby: Relaxation in the fresh air is clearly the focus of this holiday.In the sunny valley between the Wilder Kaiser and Hoher Salve you can hike and cycle to your heart's content.There are also special offers for children, such as the "KiKo Söll" children's granary the valley station.The Ahornsee, which is up to eleven meters deep, is a popular bathing lake in summer, and in winter it supplies the raw material for the snowmaking system in Hochsöll.The region is also known from the TV series "Der Bergdoktor" - so there are many film locations in the area Once a year, fans even have the opportunity to get to know the idols from the series directly (participation only possible with Wilder Kaiser GuestCard. )

The photos are great, BUT: We did not receive our tourist card, even tho we paid for it, and we missed out on all the benefits associated. No welcome book, no internet code. You have to figure everything by yourself. Check-in is a mess, the owner never gave us instruction, the neighbours had to give us the code to get the key. Not safe as everyone around knows the code. There is also only one key, for all the guest, even tho very big group can stay there. The kitchen was severely under-equipped for a property advertised to accommodate 12 people, with a shortage of utensils, cups, and glasses. Many essential items were missing, and some pots were incompatible with the induction stove. It is right next to the main street, so very loud day and night. Also right next to a cows farm, and the smell that comes with it. There are mattresses laying around with no purpose. Many things in the house are broken and with very basic repairs done. No sink in the toilets making it hard with 10 people to manage the only 2 bathroom available. To add to the disappointment, we found dirty hand towels and a cart full of used bed linens left by the cleaner in plain sight. Positive: Nice to have big kitchen and living room if you are a big group. In the end, it is an OK place if you want to go to the ski resort, but way too expensive for the service received and amenities. I'd advise to find something else to anyone thinking about staying there.

Die Umgebung wie immer wunderbar Das Haus könnte mal Grund gereinigt werden oder wenigstens Putzzeug zu verfügung stehen und kaputte Sachen ersetzt werden Wenigstens waren die Betten sauber uuuffff Vermieter sieht man nicht Einmal und nie mehr in dieses Haus schade denn es hat Potential P.s Wenn man mit Hunden anreist dann passt morgens auf wir hatten öfters ein Haufen Katzenscheisse vor der Tür auf dem Teppich

Le chalet est très grand, très agréable, propre. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis en abondance. De nombreux prospectus attendent le vacancier (en Allemand) et une carte de réduction pour des visites proches du chalet. Le chalet est certes proche de la route mais cela permet de se déplacer facilement soit vers Innsbruck soit vers Salszbourg. Le seul bémol : une maison en construction juste à côté (bruit et pas très beau dans le paysage). Le rapport qualité prix est bon.

Grand chalet très confortable, mais pas isolé comme la photo peut le laisser penser ! Trois"bémols" : la route à 20 m sur la droite de la photo reste très passante même la nuit. Les triples vitrages ne suffisent pas à supprimer le bruit des camions. L’hôtesse n'habite pas à proximité et est donc passée une heure durant le séjour. Même avec son n° de téléphone, ce n'est pas à elle que nous aurions demandé conseil ou aide. Le coût du ménage de 15 € par personne (soit 120 € pour notre famille) ne se justifie pas par une propreté exemplaire. La baignoire était bouchée le premier jour par les cheveux des prédécesseurs et les traces de doigts autour des poignées de portes ne sont pas non plus dues à notre famille. Cependant, la place dans le logement et la situation dans le Tyrol nous le ferait recommander à des amis habitués au bruit.
