Great stay in modern and spacious apartment very close to the slopes.

Very comfortable, clan and convenient for slopes. I was initially worried that the apartment may be small, but it actually turned out to be spacious. Having two separate bedrooms was very handy and kitchen was very well equipped. The property has an underground carpark which was a lifesaver during big snowfalls we experienced during our stay.

Nothing really, but it’s with to point out that the slope next to the house is red so if you or your children are beginner skiers, you won’t be able to go down to gondola on your own. Also apartment was very hot and so had to switch off the heating for most of the time, yet to switch on the towel warmers in the bathroom (to dry our skiing gear) we had to set thermostat in the entire apartment to very high which was a bit irrational.

Very clean apartment, with superior mountain view and well equiped kitchen. Superior experience.

This was only one, even small issue. At entry with automatic check-in system, there were no free batch cards to authorize the access to apartment, so we have to elaborate a bit and then go to main reception. It was not a big issue. Anyway, there should be a clear message, cards you can only get at main reception.

Well laid out apartment for 3-4 people, good kitchen set up but shower pressure was poor

Not too far to walk into town and for self service apartment it had most things you would need

The bathroom sink plug did not work, the shower water pressure was weak and for a weeks stay you would normally expect a towel refresh but there was no service. No laundry facilities you have to use the laundromat in town

Hidden charges for laundry , cheap soap, only 1 pillow, rude staff, early checkout time , not value for money, paid over €750 for one night and charged me €70 for laundry

Large penthouse appartment with a breath-taking mountain view

Breath-taking mountain view from a large balcony. Large living room with kitchen. Two toilets and two showers, enough for a group of 6 people (one child).

The floor was not really clean, we had to clean it ourselves. It is located on a hill, a bit further from the village center.

Fantastic ski holiday, again!

The view from the accommodation was excellent. The apartment kitchen facilities were excellent too, plates, cutlery, cookware, utensils. The lighting and access to lights are excellent as well. The restaurant service at the hotel has improved since we stayed for a long weekend in early 2019, more information about that service could get more people using it. Reception staff were very helpful whenever we asked something - Maybe a welcome pack of FAQ information could help for people out of hours.

The apartment was too hot. Turning down the thermostat all the way was still too hot. we had to open windows and doors for prolonged periods of time. It didn't seem like the carpet and flooring had been vacuumed very well on our arrival. There were a few spider webs, one in the back bedroom curtain track, one above the shower in the ensuite bathroom and one in the other bathroom. As we were coming from abroad by plane, it would have been helpful to have hand soap supplied for the kitchen, as we didn't have enough bars of soap for two bathrooms and the kitchen sink. The whirpool microwave/oven didn't have any instructions in the apartment (other instructions were there, but not that). I did find them online eventually, which did help, as we don't commonly have that technology in the UK. It would have been useful to have wash cloths supplied for use in the bathrooms, as we came from abroad with limited baggage. We were not supplied with bedding for the couch, which we wanted to use as we have one teenage son and daughter. Duvet covers for the spare duvets were not supplied, and no fitted sheet were available. We had to improvise on the first night and give our daughter one of our duvets to put under her as a fitted sheet substitute. The access to the ski slopes is rather hard work and not friendly for beginners. We did know that from before, but still scary. As we came from abroad, without a car, the ski bus service is basic and not frequent enough to make the most of the area. To go into town, as a family, in the late afternoons and evenings is almost not doable.

Excellent apartment for a family ski break

The apartment is very modern and clean with a spacious kitchen/living area and wonderful views over Schladming. Plenty of space for a family of four. Ski-in via a 40-50m track off the main piste. Ski-out via a walk back up the same track. It's a 20-25 minute walk down the hill into Schladming (or the ski bus also stops just outside the apartment). We enjoyed two excellent meals in Ristorante Amalfi and Steakhouse Friesacher.

Beds were a little soft and there was no shower gel/shampoo provided.

Very good base for an active ski holiday

Spacious, view from the balcony, cleanness, well equipped. Bus stop is 50 m, so you shouldn’t use your car every day. There is no sauna in the building, but it has a small infra unit in the bathroom. Parking opportunity in the underground garage.

Extra charge for towels and linen. The connection with the next slope fits only for the advanced skiers.

Great apartment and great vacation

Great location and great view, friendly staff, modern apartment, good facility. We travel with our 2 small kids, the apartment is perfect for family with kids. I love the vacation in Schladming, will definitely come back again!

If I really need to be critical, I would say if there is high-chair available for the apartment, that would be great for family with small kids.
