Nice place, next to the slope

Location, big livingroom, sauna

Dirty sofa with dog hair, rubbish in the litterbin left in the bathroom from other guests, the outside pool is nearly 26-27 degree only, opened dessert in the kitchen also left and didnt clean.

Great base for outdoor activities

We stayed here for a week in the spring for part vacation, part remote working. The apartment was great and had everything we needed, the jacuzzi and view of the mountains were real highlights. Was a great base to spend time in nature.

Every single moment will be digged in our mind.

It was outstanding, everything was just fabulous and stunning. Each resort has it’s own sauna and Jackozi the kitchen was so easy to use and they provided us with all the instrument. It felt like home and even beyond. We could cook and enjoy fancy breakfast and lunch. The rooms were so clean.

The TV should be replaced with a smart one. All the windows should have curtains.

Beautiful resort with amazing view!

Amazing mountain views, outside jacuzzi and overall a very romantic hotel. The ski slopes are super close (within walking distance!) and you can ski directly to the reception and the gondola. A lot of free parking with roof over top. A cozy apartment with modern interior. You can also order breakfast the day before and it's getting delivered to you the next day! The staff is really nice and make sure to support as quickly as they can. I really recommend this resort for anyone looking for a romantic getaway. The jaccuzi (surrounded by a stunning mountain view) and sauna really help you to relax and unwind.

The mattresses could have been higher quality especially for such a nice hotel. We had to buy every single food item ourselves e.g. oil, salt, pepper... even the coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine. (I wish there would have been a disclaimer during booking for that)

One of the Worst Accomodation

The Chalet is very expensive I was hoping to see a level of services that match the price, it was a huge disappointment! First, I reserved a Chalet with a private pool, they gave me a Chalet without!! They claimed that my reservation was for a Chalet without a swimming pool, I called Booking they confirmed my reservation with the pool, they continued to refuse giving me the Chalet I reserved, they claimed that the Chalets with pools are fully booked!! I asked for the manager, they told me she will speak to you after 2 days!!! On the 3rd day I manage to speak to the manager, She was rude and angry why I got her involved!!!, Second, They will take 500 Euros as a gurantee, becareful it was a strugle to get it back, they took some of that money, after a strugle they claimed that they deducted my money by mistake!! Third, No Microwave, No Iron, I asked for detergents, they refused to supply! Fourth, they refused to operate my Bathtub, they claimed that it is illegal to operate Bathtubs!! so why we have them?!! and why my neighbours have their bathtub operational!!! it depends on whom you are and your luck!! What a Shame!!

Nice view but...

The view is exceptional, the pool was clean and heated all the time, the kids love it. The apartment was decorated in style, and the kitchen is well equipped with all necessary tools. We loved the outdoor pool furniture while laying back and enjoying the view.

The bread slice toaster had a note "broken" we also reported the reception. Although acknowledging our complaint, the toaster was never replaced or fixed either. Reaching the apartment through lots of stairs is not easy when carrying luggage. Some room beds were not set for us. The soap dispenser was empty on some bathrooms, never filled or replaced, although reported. Bathroom sinks were tiny.

Excellent and pampering place

A clean place with excellent equipment, there is a free cable car right next to the place to the top of the mountain. It was real fun

You have to go to the grocery store by car - you can't walk. No microwave. Some has Jakozi, some has swimming pool, check it before you come. All other things are perfect !!

The hotel administration dealing was extremely bad, they took 100€ from my visa card 2 weeks post my checkout and when I inquired they say it's for cleaning the room after you! Aren't they supposed to be a hotel with room services and housekeeping? Why shall I pay for something like that?! And to claim that it's for cleaning the room after 2 whole weeks from my checkout day! That's nonsense!

Perfect location, some room for improvement.

The location of the house was perfect. We stayed in house 27 which was accessible by car right to the door, and was right next to the slope, so best of both. The houses are new and furnished with premium appliances. The common area was huge and cosy with automatic gas fireplace and a big terrace. The view on the mountains was excellent. Parking area was covered and nearby.

The cleanliness upon arrival could have been better, and we had to do some vacuuming and cleaning before we were comfortable. We booked the Superior Holiday Home for 8 persons, but only arrived with a party of 6. The main bedroom upstairs had a big bathroom with a shower and a bath tub, but without a toilet, which was outside the bedroom in the common area. The second and third bedrooms had bathrooms in the room which were only seperated by a pane of glass which did not offer any privacy. The bathrooms were extremely tiny. I have seen bathrooms bigger on boats. you had to step outside to open the shower door. The fourth bedroom had no connected bathroom, only a toilet across the hallway, so if the capacity of the home would be filled, they would need to use the shower in the sauna and the toilet across the hallway. The terrace with the jacuzzi was positioned facing the road without any privacy fence whatsoever, so anybody driving or walking to the upper parts of the resort was able to see you relaxing in the hot tub. Maybe add a small fence to get a bit more privacy. The Wi-Fi could use an upgrade. The whole resort is on the same general wifi, which was sometimes cutting out, but the main problem was when using spotify anyone could connect to your airplay enabled speaker and change the music, which happened on multiple occaisions.

Fantastic place by the slopes

Ski in/ski out. Jacuzzi on the balcony with fantastic views of the mountain and slopes. Bedrooms all have an ensuite. Same for the sauna. Good ski room

Beds were too soft. Missing kitchen utensils. Some plates didn't fit in the dishwasher. The ski room didn't lock.

Started at arriving: due to traffic jam we weren’t able to check in between 1600-1800. Our friends arrived before us but they couldn’t get our keys (even not after giving permission). But the reception did put them in an envelope and placed at the door: with all access available for everybody. They’re advertising with the possibility to charge your car, but the facilities are not working. Advise from the reception is to charge at McDonalds down hill When we left we realized on the way back home we left some of our things in a closet. After contacting several times we just got a ‘we can’t find it, bye’ We won’t visit this ever again

Perfect holiday !

What a great place ! The mountain view, the whirlpool, the spacious apartments, everything about this place is perfect ! During the day we went hiking and mountain climbing, and at the end of the day we were relaxing in the whirlpool. Nespresso machine, kitchen well equipped, parking under the roof, overall amazing holidays. We recommended this place to our family, who went there few weeks later and had the same positive feedback. Hope we can come back. Thank you !
