Patogi lokacija - arti marios, parduotuvė, rami vieta.
Viduje buvo daug pelėsio kvapo. Medžiaginės langų žaliuzės ir sienų kamštinė danga prie grindų buvo pasidengusi juodais taškais ir dėmėmis nuo pelėsio. Viduje visą laiką turėjo veikti drėgmės surinktuvas, nes kitaip per kelias valandas visas kambarys permirksta drėgme. Drėkintuvas turėjo veikti ir per naktį, o jis veikia labai garsiai. Drėkintuvo vandens bakas pilnai užsipildydavo per pusę paros, o jo talpa apie 2 litrus.
