The property has a very cosy outdoor area, and they offer free, delicious coffee and snacks next to the reception. The location is perfect, and the rooms were clean.
The only con is that there was almost no noise/sound isolation within the rooms. I could hear everything our neighbors were talking in the room that was next to ours.

There's a luxury development being built across the street, so this place feels like a throwback to a simpler time: simple accommodations at a good price right by the harbor, with an almost summer-camp feel. The thin wooden walls mean you might hear your neighbors.

I had no breakfast, so I can't rate it. The rooms were clean but outdated for the price. In most EU countries, you’d get a B&B with a cosier stay for the same value. It was an emergency booking, so I had no choice.
One thing that caught my attention in the shower was the liquid soap dispenser, which had been filled with water. At the very least, they could provide proper soap for the value of a one-night stay. Later, when I returned to my room, I found there was no lighting in the corridors, so I had to use my phone to find my way. A simple and inexpensive sensor could easily automate the corridor lights to save energy without inconveniencing guests.
