The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Nida.
The room is exactly as the photographs on Booking.com. it was spacious, spotlessly clean and really comfortable for a 4 night stay.
There is lots of storage space - wardrobe and chest of drawers. The Smart TV is a definite asset - nice to settle down and watch a film in the evening.
Bed was big and comfortable with nice bedding and towels.
Bathroom was fine, loved the heated towel rail. Always plenty of hot water for a shower.
Liked the shared kitchen- very well equipped if you wanted to make a proper meal.
We were allowed to check in early which was really appreciated.
There were a few things that could have been improved.
When we arrived at the property the guy who checked us in was really unwelcoming. No greeting just shoved the card machine at me. I completely understand there may be a language barrier but a smile and a friendly disposition does not require language.
We stayed for 4 nights and there was no servicing of the room. Not such a big deal but emptying the bin and the offer of clean towels would have been appreciated.
Another bin in the bedroom would be useful.
Depending on the other guests, there can be a bit of noise - soundproofing isn't great.
On the morning we left, I managed to drop a mug when I was washing it. My partner asked for a brush and pan to clean up but the guy just ignored him completely. Quite odd behaviour?
