The location is great it's in the woods and close to the beach as well as the dunes. There are lots of trails through the woods which is nice.
The room is a bit dated and the sauna and pool were out of service.

Big room, it's nice to be closer to nature.
Since the room and the facilities are nothing special and quite outdated, I would say it is terribly overpriced. There is really no justification for the room to be this expensive. We had various apartments and hotels in the Baltics, Lithuania and even the Neringa region that were almost half the price and much better value for your money. If you have no other choice, otherwise find something else if you can.
