Perfect winter lodge!

The location is perfect for a transit. Had free ample parking. The hotel is cosy and beautiful..perfect for winter. However, we went in summer. The room is cosy and clean. The view is amazing. Enjoyed the balcony. The staff were nice and tried their best to make us comfortable. I would stay there again...but in Winter.

Air conditioning doesn't work in the hotel (in summer). The fridge didn't work..even with the e-card inserted in the slot near the door. No kettle. The shower cubicle in the bathroom was slippery..beware. And it wasn't high enough for tall people. It's next to a football playground..and a kids park...so its not quiet during the day. We were lucky, because after a 33C afternoon..a thunderstorm struck..and everyone went home! We didnt find switches to turn the balcony lights off... and its in our eyes when in bed. So we had to bring down the shutters. So the room was hot all night. Not a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good. Toaster doesn't work. I tried all the settings. It just blew hot air. The elements didn't go Red.

Excellent beds, great view, breakfast was fine, 19 Minutes walk to the center

Plastic shower and very small, no restaurant near by, no one at the bar but the girl from the reception was very kind and gave us some drinks.

friendly staff, nice place, I would go back again

The sauna shower and the comfortable bed. For people with long legs it’s impossible to sit on the shower though.

for one person for one day it’s a great solution. for longer stays the room might become too small to stay in.

AWSOME

The hotel and the building itself is AWSOME. The room was quite tiny but still great for a single bed and for a couple of nights. The toilet was equipped with sauna and other amazing confy things, SUPER CLEAN Super Equipped. Everything was incredibly unique and great! Excellent. I must admit there was a misunderstanding with the receptionist(there was an issue with the phone line and the booking system, so I had to wait a while before checking in and get a room assigned). That had and HAS NOT influenced at ALL my experience in the hotel. It was great and definitely I will strongly consider coming back to it. AWSOME

Andalo e i suoi rifugi tutti da esplorare

Posto caratterisco. Non in stagione la ns visita ma siamo stati soddisfatti. Personale molto ospitale sembra di essere a casa propria pero in montagna. Posto caratteristico. Noi ci siamo trovati bene.

In stagione puo fornire di piu come struttura. Quello che abbiamo avuto come impatto e stato piu che sufficente.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und mit der Ausstattung von Whirlpool und Infrarotsauna einfach nur top. Sehr schöne Sicht auf die Berge vom Balkon aus. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr umfangreich und lekker.

Leider wurde auf meine Anfrage etwas für meine Frau zum Geburtstag zu organisieren nicht reagiert. Obwohl ich zwei mal angefragt hatte. Zum Glück hatte ich für den Fall der Fälle selber vorgesorgt und etwas Dekoration mitgebracht.

Experiencia gratificante

La habitación acogedora, limpia y la cama muy cómoda. Se estaba muy bien y es un espacio confortable. Además las vistas preciosas. Lo mejor sin duda ha sido el desayuno, buenísimo y completo. Anka, la chica que nos atendió encantadora y muy atenta a que estuviéremos bien. Todo el personal muy amable y atento.

Es gab ein sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück

Leider extrem kleine Einzelzimmer mit einer Dusche, die viel verspricht, aber am Ende nur das Bad unter Wasser setzt. Der Wellnessbereich war leider geschlossen, was sehr schade war - immerhin wollten wir wegen diesem in genau das Hotel
