Very good
The hotel itself is beautiful place with very good spa and relaxation facilities. I loved the outside pools and panoramic sauna with a relaxing jazz music in the background. The breakfast choices were great and suitable for any diet. There was a choice of soya and lactose free milk too. Wide variety of pastries, cakes etc. And on the top of that they have additional menu with eggs, crepes and omelettes. I booked two dinners in hotel restaurant and both times I was amused of whole experience. The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. The restaurant is nice and very cosy, the food itself was an art of composed flavours and how beautiful it was presented. Their were definitely the best meals I had during my stay in Andalo. The hotel meets every need of their guests. There is a play room for kids, spa and relaxation are only for adults and indoor swimming pools where all family can spend time together. There is also a storage room for ski and snowboard equipment. The reception staff are professional, very friendly, caring and helpful.
It wasn't really a double bed but two single beds joined together which was a little bit of disadvantage, thereby I wouldn't call it a 'romantic room' as it advertised on booking.com. Otherwise it was very nice, modern and clean room with balcony and fantastic view on the moutain.

Simplesmente perfeito, um dos melhores hotéis que já hospedei na vida, sem palavras para descrever tamanha perfeição e o atendimento maravilhoso dos funcionários eu simplesmente fiquei encantada com o local o quarto a vista e tudo que hospedagem fornece. Café da manhã, piscinas aquecidas e perto da estação de esqui sem palavras para esse lugar, obrigado por tudo.
