Pleasant

The size of the room and beds. The beds were also very comfortable. Children's play area

The breakfast was poorly POOR in quantity but mainly in quality. There were some welcome water bottles in the room, but no glasses. The room mini bar was empty, but still with some chocolate leftovers from previous guests. We woke up with the central vacuum system in the room turned on. Everyone jumped off the bed of course. No air conditioning.

no chairs in the balcony we do not recommend to families with the kids until 1 year with stroller because of lot of stairs in the hotel and very late dinners ( from 19:00)

Location is great, but we expected more from the hotel.

- Dinner was good all the way through and there was a new menu every day. Due to our preferences on drinks we went outside (there’s a really good italian restaurant just round the corner!) a few times though. - Breakfast is good with fresh fruit, pancakes, a variety of cakes. There’s lot of plastic – jam, honey, cream cheese … everything comes in plastic. Not unusual for Italy, but economically critical overall. Even juices are filled in plastic cups. - The hotel management is very friendly and helpful. When we had requires the manager was always there for speedy support. - Location is great with a short walk to the slope - ski schools, rentals, etc are all super close. - If you room has a view (ours did not) the view must be awesome as well.

- We initially booked the hotel to switch from the slope to the pool. When checking in we got told we can only have 1 hour max in the pool per day which needs to be pre-booked. If this is the case this needs to be called out while booking AND on the webpage as our vacation turned out different vs the actual plan and lost quality. The hotel did this to manage the amount of people, so all with a good intention, but it needs to be called out to have a choice. - With arrival we got guided to our room, but no one even tried to take one of the 7 bags we had. Instead, they waited until the 6-year-old-one took baggage. - The room we had for 5 people was a family room with no view and hardly any light. To be fairly honest: It felt like a cave. The booking said “top ceiling windows”, but this turned out to be too small size windows at the back end of the room (above one bed) bringing a tiny bit of light only. A ceiling lamp was missing. There was three wall lamps only. The whole week felt dark and the room felt like you’re locked in. Be careful while booking and ensure you get a different room! - When going for a ski vacation you naturally need a lot of possibilities to hand and store things. The possibilities are far too limited for a family of 5, but might work for 2 people. You end up with a lot of things on the floor and there’s room for easy improvement actually. - The room we had was called out as a ‘family room’, but storage options in the bathroom were extremely limited. The room/shelves are a challenge for two people even. - Bath robes and spa towels are not included!!! Also nothing we ever had in a 4* or 5* hotel and we’re travelling 6 times a year. You have to pay extra. On the towels you pay with every exchange even! - With dinner you can order wine and soft drinks only. Orders like pritz, etc are denied with a hint to the bar – for after dinner. Local restaurants are available for alternatives though.

Don't expect a 4 star service

The good space of the room + the hotel was very close to the ski park.

The person that guided us to our rooms didn't have the minimum attention to offer us help with the baggage. The temperature in the room was extremely hot and it wasn't clear how to moderate it, we couldn't do it in 2 days trying. The room had zero information about the hotel, emergency numbers, front desk number, activities, wifi, etc. There were no additional pillows neither blankets available in the room. No body lotion, shampoo or conditioner offered (like supposed to be in a 4 stars hotel). As there was no need to reserve your access to the pool, it seemed like a "human soup" at certain time 🤢.

The location and views at the top of this area are fantastic. The hotel was good value and is clean with nice news overlooking the mountains from the balcony.

The pool area is quite basic and it’s disappointing that you pay €4 for towel rental - would be nice to be informed. Being told to move our car to upper car park area (I am on crutches) as it’s only for check in guests… only to find that people were allowed to park there overnight anyway?

Weekend romantico (ma non lo è stato!)

Camera ampia con balcone e vista panoramica. Pulizia.

Troppi bambini nella zona wellness. Possono stare lì fino alle 18, mi sembra tanto. Bicchieri di plastica a colazione. Yogurt confezionato e non fresco (siamo in Trentino!). Check in troppo tardi (16.00). Check out troppo presto (10.00).

Soggiorno tra i monti

la camera standard era molto grande con una vista sulle montagne magnifica. Colazione ottima anche se suggerisco di inserire yogurt freschi e non in vasetto (che purtroppo risultato gonfio in superficie per tutti i 3 giorni di permanenza e non mi sono fidata a mangiare). Cena in mezza pensione buonissima ed un servizio velocissimo ed efficiente. Servizio bar ottimo e staff attento e disponibile.

La spa era eccessivamente piena e soprattutto caotica. La piscina era inaccessibile a causa degli schiamazzi delle persone e talmente piena da non potersi muovere. La zona relax era piena di persone che parlavano a voce alta e usavano il telefono. Anche dentro la sauna ho trovato persone che continuavano a parlare a voce alta. Suggerisco maggiore controllo perchè la qualità dell'esperienza è risultata molto scarsa e ci sono andata, infatti, solo una volta. E' sempre responsabilità personale di educazione degli ospiti ma lo staff dovrebbe contingentare le entrate quando si nota che l'ambiente risulta troppo affollato ed effettuare controlli sulle regole in generale.

Disastroso

L’architettura, ma viene gestito veramente male

Assolutamente non è un quattro stelle Completa disorganizzazione non hanno una linea telefonica per essere contattati direttamente la loro segreteria rimanda a una agenzia che non si trova in sede che finisce di rispondere alle ore 17:00 durante il weekend non rispondono non abbiamo avuto nessun supporto malgrado nevicasse da parte dell’hotel una volta giunti, nessuno ci ha aiutato a scaricare i bagagli, malgrado nevicasse il Direttore il giorno di Natale si è reso irreperibile e hanno lasciato solamente due impiegate alla portineria che non sapevano dare risposta adeguate. Una volta giunti in camera abbiamo trovato le finestre aperte e l’ambiente era gelato in quanto la neve è entrata in camera nessuno ci ha dato una mano inoltre, il ristorante alle 21 era già non più disponibile e c’è toccato uscire per cercare un posto dove andare a mangiare, direi una pessima esperienza oltretutto un’ambiguità in quanto cambiano nome dell’hotel a causa dei cambi di gestione, e quindi le indicazioni anche telefoniche sono confuse.

L'unica cosa positiva é che era vicina alle piste da sci.

In camera mancavano i Cuscini, abbiamo provato a chiamare dal telefono della camera e non funzionava quando sono arrivati i Cuscini erano piatti e uno con la macchia. Nel l water c'era della carta igienica come se non fosse stato pulito. Zero kit bagno solo il Sapone per le mani e la doccia( per i soldi spesi me lo aspettavo) zero ciabatte, gli accappatoi sono costati 8€, zero bollitore per l'acqua. La luce ad una certa non funzionava. Insomma 4 stelle solo per i soldi pagati ma il prezzo non vale la candela.

Struttura molto bella e pulita, panorama mozzafiato.

La camera al nostro arrivo era fredda, e dopo aver avvisato il problema non è stato risolto subito ma solo dopo diversi solleciti. Personale al bar poco organizzato e preparato, anche alla colazione mancavano diverse pietanze non più portate anche dopo varie richieste da parte di diversi clienti in sala. Piscina fredda, ambiente piscina poco scaldato anche quello, dopo diverse lamentele da parte nostra e di altre famiglie non è migliorata la situazione. In complesso, struttura molto bella con molto potenziale ma servizi scadenti. Il problema maggiore, sicuramente alzate il riscaldamento!.
