Absolutely gorgeous and staff is lovely and very accommodating.

Property is beautiful all around. Its has lovely surroundings and nice cozy mountain decor in the hotel. But the staff in the hotel is what makes it the best stay we’ve had in years. The loveliness and hospitality are exceptional and we felt like we were home while we were staying there. Also food is very tasty and they have plenty of choice. Absolutely perfect.

A really fantastic stay. Will go back again ;)

The facilities provided were great, including the mini club, the swimming pool and the spa facilities. The staff was excellent, especially Matteo, who gave us great insights into local history and tips. They organised very nice activities throughout the days. Food was also good.

You had to pay for drinking water at the meals even though mountain tap water is super clean and fresh. In the end, we ended up bringing our own tap water in a glass bottle from the room.

Wonderful wellness area, very kind and responsive staff, especially the wellness area! Sufficient working hours of the spa area (including the pool) from 10:00-22:00, good breakfast, my daughter really liked the freshly baked croissants and the possibility to make pancakes yourself. An interesting design of the elevator to get to the garage. Secure and large underground garage. We will definitely be back!

We had booked a double room with an extra bed, the space was a bit small for 3 people, we were unlucky with the view of the courtyard, but the other benefits of the hotel outweighed these little things, because the location is wonderful and we only spent nights in the room.

Our 1st room with a balcony was nice but it just looked at a banking of grass. If I hadn't paid for a balcony, that's fine but I did pay extra for a balcony view.

Exceptional

I’ve never felt more at home in a hotel. Staff are effortlessly welcoming and accommodating. We’ve stayed here in both summer and winter (ski season) and it was equally as nice both stays.. also the sauna overlooking the Dolomites is unbelievable. Last but not least the food consistently brilliant. Highly reccomend.

Comfortable room and bed, was set up nicely and correctly for our arrival for 4 guests with extra beds. Breakfast was great, friendly staff, nice balcony.

The road to the hotel was more intense than expected, shower was too small.

Very nice rooms, friendly staff, great location, food, atmosphere of sport as the owners have sport spirit and history, the hotel is great size - not too big not too small. Great views of the mountains

little bit colder in the room without possibility of managing heating yourself. it was not during heating seson (18. septembre) but in 1600m as colder came week was just 2 degrees outside in the morning. Beautiful kitchen but almost 0 equipment (no pan, no plates etc.)

The best compromise between sporty and relaxing holiday!

The hotel offers plenty of services, from guided trekking to e-mtb renting, from tennis court to boulder wall, from complete SPA to indoor garage. All the staff is very professional, the room was big, clean and quiet and the food is simply spectacular!

nice mountain location but not ideal for exploring Trentino area since the hotel is on top of the hill with a dead end so you need going up and down about 20 km every day. Very friendly staff!

The hotel design is simply beautiful, the location is amazing, the stuff so nice and the spa has an unbelievable view. They also upgraded us to the Junior suite room for free and accommodate a vegan dinner for us.

The staff made the difference.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. Most of the staff was superb: al the reception, Patrizia and Matteo were very kind and helpful. During the breakfast, Seba was very kind too and we had a delicious vegan breakfast. The hotel offers an electric vehicle charger for free. Beautiful landscapes and swimmig pool.

The person at the swimming pool reception, Federica, was rude and unkind.

Der Aufenthalt war wieder sehr schön.

Die Lage ist sehr gut zentral und in der Nähe der Lifte. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, schönes Ambiente, super Personal. Die Halbpension ist ausgezeichnet und flexibel, ein Lob an die Küche.

Es sind keine Bademäntel auf den Zimmern.

Hotel ottimo: comfort e relax al top, con splendida vista sulle Dolomiti

Hotel splendido, ottimo connubio tra classico e modernità. Camera molto spaziosa ed elegante, con splendida vista sulle Dolomiti e doppio balcone super. Servizi completi, buon livello di cucina e servizio ristorante, non facile per una struttura con tanti coperti. Posizione molto comoda alle piste. Livello di comfort elevato. Risponde alle esigenze di tutti, anche di chi ha figli, con una bella sala giochi con vista panoramica.

Unico piccolo consiglio costruttivo: visto il pavimento molto scivoloso della piscina con le ciabatte monouso, nell'email di conferma della prenotazione si potrebbe ricordare, a chi desidera usare la piscina, di portare con se' ciabatte di gomma.

Lo spazio piscina va un po più vigilato: bimbi che si tuffavano e bagnavano chi era comodamente seduto ai bordi vasca e molta confusione tanto che non ce lo siamo potuti godere tanto. Forse sarebbe utile un orario di entrata per i bimbi che giustamente vivono lo spazio piscina con più dinamicità

Si potrebbe migliorare qualità e praticità nel letto matrimoniale perché due letti uniti con buco in mezzo non è il massimo per la comodità e visto la qualità dell hotel è un peccato comunque risolvibile

Ci tornerei ogni Week-End

Tutto, a partire dal personale al desk e in sala da pranzo, la pulizia di tutti i locali e la camera, alla bontà e convenienza dei pasti (conviene decisamente fare la mezza pensione) . Prezzo concorrenziale, e ci hanno inoltre permesso di restare una notte in più di Sabato, nonostante la richiesta dell'ultimo minuto. Simpatici i souvenir acquistabili.

Per noi è stato un soggiorno perfetto e indimenticabile. Chi lascia una valutazione inferiore al 10 è perchè non ha dato l'opportunità al meraviglioso staff di risolvere il minimo imprevisto dell'ultimo minuto.

Ridatemi il cuore

Ho lasciato un pezzo di cuore a Vason. Ho amato ogni istante di questa vacanza. Sono andata via in lacrime,. perché varcare la soglia dell'hotel Montana è stato come entrare in una grande famiglia. I proprietari sono riusciti a creare un luogo dove l'ospite non è tale. Sono stata trattata non bene, di più. Non soltanto per tutta l'attenzione al cliente anche nella più piccola delle cose: ombrelli, teli, giochi da tavolo, fuoco acceso alla sera, coperte per chi vuole uscire a fumare senza giacchetto, escursioni gratuite, spa, maschere per il viso free, piscina riscaldata con idromassaggio e molto molto altro...ma perché il sorriso di chi ci lavora è genuino e ti scalda il cuore per la passione che mettono nel loro lavoro e perché l'affetto che ti dimostrano è sincero. Voglio quindi ringraziare di cuore Matteo per averci addentrato nel fantastico mondo delle grappe e per aver saputo tener a bada con il suo sorriso e la sua grande affidabilità un gruppo di tedeschi e tantissimi ospiti desiderosi di svuotargli la cantina. Un grazie speciale a Sebastian, mi mancheranno i suoi consigli, su escursioni, luoghi fantastici e dove trovarli ma soprattutto sul vino. Genziana, dolcissima e professionale, grande donna e meravigliosa mamma lavoratrice. Attenta ad ogni dettaglio, instancabile e premurosa. Ayman grande lavoratore con un cuore d'oro, sono sicura che riuscirà a realizzare tutti i suoi sogni. Yamila e Tilo che nonostante siano così lontani da casa hanno sempre pronto un enorme sorriso e un'estrema gentilezza. Lollo con la sua risata contagiosa e l'energia da vendere. Ghenzi generoso e instancabile. Celeste e Desirè che sono state indispensabili e carinissime. Sempre pronte a rispondere alle nostre domande( infinite), informatissime e pazienti. Dispensatrici di consigli preziosi. Veronica di cui mia figlia si è letteralmente innamorata. Con i suoi occhioni grandi e le braccia così forti e calde, sempre pronte ad un abbraccio in più.
