Had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the hotel

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, and the location was perfect.

Location and staff were wonderful

Rooms very noisy, door did not closed fully and you could hear absolutely everything from inside the room. Very very noisy guests added to the lack of insulation from noise in the rooms.

Best option for Vason. We would come back.

Excellent breakfast. It is right next to the slopes and has good restaurants few steps away. Hotel serves dinner also, but we chose to eat at restaurants. Hotel is very good for kids and families with kids. Parking in front. We were lucky to get a lot of snow. 2 days of one foot powder.

It would be better to have the breakfast earlier at 7:30am. 8:00am is quite late. Sometimes disco and karaoke was too loud, but it stops around 10:00pm.

Exceptional

Excellent breakfast, spacious room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. You can check-in after 22:00 as well. The hiking trails were close by.

No glasses in the room. The double bed was actually two separate beds put together thus they could slip apart.

colazione delle 8:30 di fronte all’apertura delle 8 era tutto indisponibile e lo staff per una buona mezz’ora non hanno RIFORNITO IL NULLA TOTALE. capisco che non è colpa diretta della struttura ma il bagno era veramente minuscolo e non ci sono state fornite le ciabatte. i cuscini erano delle sottilette e non abbiamo mai avuto esperienza dei termi accesi per poter asciugare gli indumenti. questo non vuol dire che la stanza fosse fredda, anzi fissa praticamente dai 23 ai 24 gradi

La posizione è impagabile. Ad un passo dalle piste, raggiungibili a piedi. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile, e ci ha permesso di usufruire del parcheggio anche il giorno di check out. Vista della camera bellissima. Depisito scii molto comdo.

La pulizia non è era al massimo, la camera e le zone comuni non erano molto pulite. La colazione mediocre. La cena discreta.

Staff molto disponibile e gentile. Possibile cenare, buon ristorante. Intrattenimento serale. Posizione top di fronte alle piste.

Con qualche miglioria nell’arredo e un po’ di manutenzione l’hotel potrebbe risultare molto più accogliente. La colazione può essere migliorata con prodotti di maggiore qualità.

Al bar dovevi cercare tu il personale x un caffè o una bottiglia d’acqua. Colazione: sempre i vassoi senza brioche (ogni giorno dovevo dire ai cameriere che nn erano presenti nei vassoi) Hotel sporco Ristorante, qualità scarsa Ci sarebbe molto altro ma termino qui!

V hotelu Dolomiti Chalet jsme byli už podruhé, tak jsme věděli do čeho jedeme. Největší výhodou ubytování pro lyžaře je, že je přímo u sjezdovky ve Vasonu. Výborné jídlo formou bufetu. Při pobytu si můžete zahrát fotbálek nebo ping pong nebo posedět v baru s výhledem na hory. Fén a sprchový gel součástí koupelny. Na pokoji malá lednička. Měli jsme pokoj s balkónem s pěkným výhledem na hory. V okolí dvě pizzerie, supermarket a obchod se suvenýry. Součástí hotelu lyžárna.

Pokoj mohl být malinko větší, ale poskládali jsme se. Na čtyřlůžkovém pokoji je manželská postel a palanda. Někomu by mohlo vadit. My s palandou počítali.

Non sono uno sciatore ma amo le località montane e la neve, ho trovato tutto quello che mi aspettavo, consigliatissimo 👍

Tutto perfetto per un soggiorno in una località montana/sciistica. Ambiente caldo e confortevole, colazione super, buona e ricca😋

Alle ore otto del mattino vengono svolte le pulizie della zona bar con annesso il salottino che dà sulle finestre panoramiche, con tutto il rispetto per l’operatore che svolge il compito, ma il coordinatore degli orari e dei servizi dovrebbe programmare tale pulizia in ore dove i locali sono vuoti ed inutilizzati. Ho avuto il piacere di consumare un espresso fatto dal ragazzo della reception, gentilissimo. Tengo comunque a precisare che la maggioranza della clientela per quell’ora è impegnata a fare colazione al piano inferiore. Quindi la mia osservazione è sicuramente obbiettiva e personale.

Papírové zdi, je slyšet veškerý zvuk z chodby, podlaží nad vámi i z venku. Usínali jsme pravidelně až k půlnoci, než přestali všichni běhat po chodbách (děti) a vracet se z večerní zábavy. Snídaně průměrná až podprůměrná, malý výběr, stále stejné menu, unavená zelenina. Večeři jsme neměli, tak nemůžeme posoudit.

Personale di sala trattato molto male anche davanti ai clienti, durante la colazione mancavano i piatti e bisognava aspettare perché arrivassero, se arrivi a colazione alle 9:30 non ci sono più cornetti. Al bar per un caffè non c era nessuno ho dovuto chiedere al ragazzo alla reception per un caffè senza cucchiaio.

Italské Alpy jsou naprosto dechberoucí. Lokalita je opravdu výjimečná.

Personál na recepci je příjemný a ochotný, ovšem personál v hotelové restauraci je příšerný. Na večeři jsme čekali téměř 20 minut. Personál nás přehlížel. Jídlo nebylo dobré. Za ty peníze hrůza. Zdi mezi pokoji jsou jako z papíru, z vedlejších pokojů je vše slyšet a hotel je obecně poměrně dost hlučný. U palandy nebyla zábrana na horním lůžku.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione e location, il servizio è stato ottimo. I ragazzi dello staff sono stati professionali ed educati. Hanno cercato di soddisfare le nostre esigenze.

Le stanze non sono ben isolate e si sente tutto delle camere accanto. La maleducazione dei clienti hanno fatto la loro parte, non si può rientrare alle 3 di notte e fare casino mentre gli altri dormono. Secondo me la direzione non dovrebbe avvallare questi comportamenti.

Il materasso, un consiglio? Cambiateli o metteteci un Topper....sono davvero durissimi. Noi abbiamo soggiornato due notti ma veramente impossibile per piú notti
