Calm and relaxing boutique hotel

A small but wonderful hotel set near Lago Terlago with gorgeous views. Mauro the owner is very nice and welcoming, making you feel at home in a relaxing environment. Ambient is well kept and clean rooms, with a beautiful relaxing spot outside the hotel. Also, the breakfast is well served with a selection of local fresh food. Will visit again :)

Idyllic hotel with incredible staff & welcome

The staff was absolutely wonderful - always made sure we were well taken care of and went above and beyond to accommodate any of our needs. The location is beautiful and very relaxing, breakfast fantastic and proximity to outdoor activities is ideal. The rooms were clean and modern, with a large bright bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is stunning — clean, fresh air, beautiful views, and total peace and quiet. Perfect for relaxing and walking outdoors. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The host was very kind and welcoming. We’d gladly return!

One small note (not about the hotel): nearby restaurants only open at 7 PM, which felt quite late for us, as we’re used to having dinner earlier.

Exceptional

The owner of the hotel was very personable, helpful, quick, hardworking and kind. The staff are also very pleasant people - all the housekeepers and waiters who serve breakfast. So are the guests - as if good people are attracted by good people.

Disappointed after the excellent reviews.

Location, Building.

The main problem and the reason for the low rating was the food, the restaurant connected to the hotel and breakfast were very poor. No food in the buffet style breakfast, very poor and expensive food at restaurant. Greeting staff was nice but serving staff were poor. It's a good location but it's needs to sort out the food.

family run gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay here. The setting is beautiful. we had two rooms. The bedrooms are good size, warm, with comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathrooms were large with a super shower. The whole place was spotlessly clean. It is in a beautiful position, peaceful and relaxing. This characterful hotel is family run and they are so welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for their guests. Breakfast is managed well during these Covid times- order on line the night before, plenty of choice including continental pastries, fruit and freshly cooked omelettes, perfect ! There is a large car park and next door a popular Pizza restaurant. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and it is now definitely one of my favourites!. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Good place!

Located in the hills a bit outside of the Trento. It was a really pleasant one night stay here. Greenery, nature proximity and tranquility together with genuine attention from the host towards us as guests are the things that come to mind when reflecting about the stay. Quite good selection of breakfast choices as well. And additional bonus goes for being pet friendly!

Excellent hotel for families and pets!

We very much appreciated the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff, so the service is excellent. I love the towels they provided. The surrounding of the hotel is well-kept with lovely flowers and they have this swing and hammocks placed in the garden overlooking the lake. You've got to order your breakfast due to Covid restrictions but they are really excellent!

We think that our bed was a little stiff/hard but it could be a personal opinion.

The best hotel in Trento area. You’ll be amazed with the warmth welcome of Mauro & Francesco, their excellent service & assistance, super clean room & amazing view of the lake and the mountain. Caring host and superb breakfast

Super hospitable and attentive host, we felt taken care of from the first minute. The breakfast is amazing, they go to great length to offer a broad selection despite strict corona guidelines. Can only recommend to stay here when in Trento or nearby.
