L'aide obtenue à mon arrivée pour comprendre les démarches à faire. La rapidité des réponses à nos demandes. La propreté. La qualité des fenêtres. C'était vraiment tres bien. Un peu petit mais plein de choses compensait.
La difficulté à comprendre le fonctionnement pour rentrer. Par chance que quelqu'un venait livrer dans le bâtiments et parlait italien. Elle a donc pu vous contacter.

Zimmer und Bad sind sauber und klimatisiert. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken (Getränke im Buchungspreis nicht enthalten) und Wasserkocher. Lage ist direkt an Oldtown, die fußläufig erkundet werden kann.
Eingang zu den Hotelzimmer befindet sich in einem abgeschlossen Hinterhof. Die 7 bis 8 Hotelzimmer sind in der 3. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses, wo der Lift nicht funktioniert hat. Die geschlossenen Rolläden im Zimmer ließen sich nicht öffnen. Man fühlt sich wie in einem Gefängnis ohne Tageslicht eingeschlossen zu sein. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, die Temperatur der Klimaanlage einzustellen oder ein-/auszuschalten.
