The personel is very kind they for example we before we got our room they offered us dinner or something to drink in the morning they offered us breakfast and there was a lot of difference does not matter if you like salt or sweet things they had it all
One thing is that the ceiling is on the lower point but that is just the Swiss building

Excellent service. Very helpful staff.
Although we knew ahead of time, we would have liked a toilet in our room.

Everything. The hosts are very friendly, the food is exceptional (best Rösti ever), rooms are comfortable. Definitely book this place on your trip, it was a highlight on ours.
