Soild stay but could be so much better

Nice little cozy 1 bed flat. Very comfy bed. The microwave oven wasn't working and Norman changed it the next day for a new one.

The bathroom is not very user friendly. Difficult access into and out of the shower. The shower glass opens outwards and the toilet blocks access from the other side. Sink moves around on its support and feels like it's going to topple over. Lack of streaming service or YouTube on the TV.

it’s this cheap sadly for many many reasons

the warmth of the bed and sadly that was about it

the place was not like the pictures there bits of plaster missing of the living room wall, shelf missing in the kitchen but the lovely brackets are still up, the hot water doesn’t actually get hot, the shower is a death trap for disabled people with mobility issues which is ironically why I booked this accommodation, there’s no anti slip or rail in the shower, the water just goes everywhere as soon as the shower is opened as thankfully at least my physically abled partner was able to risk it before we even considered letting me and to be honest I haven’t I’ve had to wash solely at the sink! can’t wait to be home for a proper wash. The kitchen appeared cleanish at first glance however actually was pretty manky and required a good clean before use, did giggle at the fact there’s a long letter in the kitchen giving rules inc cleaning the kitchen etc yet was dirty oh and other than a bit of fairy zero cleaning products available. accommodation was booked for 2 adults and for the Friday/Saturdays days nights and Sunday morning we were provided with 1 tea bag, 1 cookie, 2 Nescafé sachets and 2 sugars…… and 2 gone off curdled tiny milk pots. The bedroom was clean and tidy however one of the lamps didn’t even have a bulb in it. And lastly the infamous patio ha it doesn’t exist nor does the dining area, the patio is actually a fully exposed front door entry way with views of all the local estates dogs going out for the toilet & the upstairs neighbour strolling past with his carry out for the weekend also the same lovely neighbour who woke us up at 7am with whatever the hell that commotion and noise was! but we are not allowed to make any noise during “quiet hours” and The dining area is a broken pull out table which literally half is missing from! we will be leaving here in the next hour thankfully and I will be able to get home in a few hours & be clean again…. pictures I’m uploading sadly say it all

It was pretty basic and outdated i had to tighten up a few bolts on the bed as it was very shakey also the upstair neighbours were a bit noisy in the early morning hours and the tv reception wasn't too good and when i think it was norman arrived i got the impression that he wasn't interested when i mentioned the neighbours being a bit noisy and i commented on the general condition of the flat seems to me these guys just want to take the money but not put any of it back into the property unless they have to so having said all of the above i don't think i would have anything to do with them again

It wouldn't cost too much to make it far more appealing and comfortable. The location is excellent.

Location excellent. Didn't see host but instructions were good. Property clean and tidy. Heating good. Bed very comfortable.

Cooking pans were scratched and badly marked and unable to use them. No bread bin provided. Settee not comfortable as the springs have gone in one of them.

Relaxing and very comfortable stay.

Location was perfect for our requirements. In a quiet residential area with Inches park close by for a walk. Kitchen was spotless and adequately equiped as were all the rooms. Parking was at the door.

Nice apartment

Location was great - you could walk into Inverness and close to all of the main roads and supermarkets. The apartment itself was lovely. Good size, sofas were really comfy and had soap, fairy liquid etc supplied. Really quiet area and neighbours seemed friendly. Picking up the key was easy and man was really friendly and helpful.

TV channels didn't work very well and fridge kept freezing everything. Couldn't figure out how to fix it. Parking was a bit confusing as we had an allocated space bit someone else was parked there. We parked in another space so hope that was ok.

Nice, clean apartment with all the utensils and equipment available for a complete living experiense, just like living at home.

The WiFi was not working properly all the time. During evenings it slowed down significantly making work via internet very difficult. Google maps leads to a different location than the actual apartment. Only with the owner's help were we able to locate the property.
