Quiet neighbourhood, close to Raigmore hospital so ideal for visiting. Washing machine, microwave, fridge, cooker, broadband - everything I needed.
I'm old and access to the shower was a bit tight, but manageable.

Clean and spacious 1 bed apartment. Clean towels left out on arrival. Good wifi available
No curtains on any windows, there are blinds but not as good as curtains

Nice little cozy 1 bed flat. Very comfy bed. The microwave oven wasn't working and Norman changed it the next day for a new one.
The bathroom is not very user friendly. Difficult access into and out of the shower. The shower glass opens outwards and the toilet blocks access from the other side. Sink moves around on its support and feels like it's going to topple over.
Lack of streaming service or YouTube on the TV.
